Don't go there!!!!If you are looking for a place where the food is sometimes OK, then Lake City Cracker Barrel in North Florida is the place for you!BUT, if you are looking for prompt service and management that cares for the customer...Never, ever, go there!I was accidentally burned with coffee today (4/21/24) as the top of the carafe was open and it poured all over me.I had to pay full price for my (late) meal (insult to injury) and not ONE of the three or four managers present, had the human decency to ask about my well-being.When the cashier asked me if everything had been good, I told her about my awful experience and she laughed (thinking perhaps that I was joking). I repeated my complaint in front of her and a very nearby manager and nothing was done.I am not returning to this restaurant and if you are smart, please find another place to eat, where managers might care if you are burned or not.

Great food and service every time we eat at Cracker Barrel.Dietary restrictions: I’m dieting, and CB allows me to order kids meals. Grilled chicken, vegetable, Diet Coke, cornbread or biscuit. Who could ask for more.Parking: Always available parking spaces, even trucks pulling a trailer.Kid-friendliness: Colors, paper, and kids chairsWheelchair accessibility: They simply remove a chair so your wheelchair fits anywhere you want at the table.

Every Cracker Barrel we have visited has had wonderful service from all of the employees we had the pleasure of talking and doing business with.Parking: I have always found it very easy to find a parking spot at all the Cracker Barrel’s I’ve visited. We are a very frequent flyer at Cracker Barrel when on road trips. We don’t have one close to where we live so we look for one when we are ready to have a great meal with great service.Kid-friendliness: The waitresses have been very attentive and friendly with our great grandchildren.

We went just after the lunch time rush during the week. Cracker Barrel is always a good choice for us as we know they normally have RV parking. This location seemed a little short staffed. My chicken pot pie came out nice and hot. It had been a rainy day in Florida so my pie and it's crust were perfect and tasty. My husband ordered the Bourbon Chicken. We think it may have been sitting a little bit waiting on my pie to be ready as he was a disappointed it wasn't as hot as it should be. Overall not a bad experience, but not the best we have had at a Cracker Barrel..
