Ridiculously expensive. 6 dollars for a tiny little single cheeseburger? Are you serious? Tasted no different that bk and theirs is 1.99. I used a 10 dollar DQ gift card and was only able to get a small sized cheeseburger and an ice cream. I was expecting a big burger for that price. Food was hot though but way too pricey. Online says 2 for 5 deals here but they don't honor that. Customers seem very paranoid and unfriendly. I guess it's that part of town. I had trouble understanding the Indian guy's accent as well.

I really like the dairy queen food. Get a blizzard while your there. Outside seating if you like the hotter side of ice-cream. A drive thru for those passing thru. Employees were friendly and helpful. Place was clean so we ate inside.Parking: Smaller lot so don't bring the trailer. Lot is designed like a round a bout.Kid-friendliness: Of course the kids love this place! They can sit outside and let ice-cream drip all over themselves.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get a wheelchair in here and they have handicap parking spots.

After waiting patiently for chicken strips and a coke for 20 mins , this lady hands me a drink with no ice at the drive through window . I asked her if it had ice she says no , no ice. Now don’t you think that would have been good information to tell me at the speaker before I paid? Last time I checked ice was a pretty important factor when purchasing a fountain drink.

Was in town for a short trip and went to this DQ through the drive thru. It was insane! I’ve never had a DQ experience like this. They are always so slow! This one they were so fast and sweet too! We always get the same things and these were the best ones we have had to date!

This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been too. Staff was not friendly. At any other location you can get 2 gravies with a 6 pc chicken strip basket. This location charges you for the extra gravy, which is free at other locations. When asked for manager got someone that told me that they charge for everything, would not even listen to me. The manager was very rude.The chicken strips where fried in old oil and over fried to the point of being hard. Was regular toast not Texas toast.I will never be back to that location and told them so. Worst location in Florida.

Burger is a soy bean burger I personally do not care for this type of burger I prefer 100% beef. I remember when dairy queen used to have the best double cheeseburger in the game! What a disappointment.

EDIT: Took my kids in for the free Dilly bars and they REFUSED to honor the survey ticket. They said they HAD to have the whole receipt so they could verify that we were using the coupon within 30 days of taking the survey. I have NEVER, in 20 years of doing DQ surveys EVER been asked for the whole receipt. I will never spend money at this DQ again.

Caramel Moo Latte! I’ve been buying these every day for two years. Last time at the drive thru window I noticed them filling a large cup with water from the hand washing sink where my drink was being prepared. Then I thought about it. It was my drink! It’s supposed to be made with ice cream. They are watering it down with water!! I thought about it and they use to be thicker and creamier. I should mention they have a new owner. Seems they’re really cutting corners to save money. In my opinion, it’s also deceitful. I won’t be going back ever! Negative stars is too many.
