Driving to Tallahassee and stopped for a HOT latte and it was delivered nearly lukewarm. Asked them for a hot latte and they happily and apologetically got me a hot drink. Then driving down the road I noticed the cup was rather light weight. I took the lid off and the cup was only HALF full before I even took my first sip!!!. Very disappointed and not a happy latte drinker.

The atmosphere is experienced from your car. The service was great. I wasn't exactly sure what I was ordering for my friend but the girls were super helpful! Today is the second time they have messed up my order,Today ordered a large gave me a small then proceeded to just add to it and what they gave me tasted terrible not sure what they did but it was the most nasty caramel freezer I have ever had.

Better coffee at a cheaper price point than other chains. I thought this was a local gem until someone pointed out it was a chain. Service here was incredibly friendly and polite every time we went, which was often during our visit. 10/10 will go again often when next in town.

Here for a quick stop from interstate. It is a small but tall standalone building. No seating and thought this place must be not that good. Surprisingly, the coffee is great, and bagel is equally great.
