I ordered online before getting out of my car. Once I got to the door it was locked. It was 35 minutes past opening time. I went to the drive-through and they said go to the first window. When I eventually got to the first window I heard a lot of the employees it seem like they were arguing about something. The lady that finally came to the window and asked me if I needed something. It seemed nice enough, but she was older not one of the young people. When I finally got my sausage McMuffin, it felt like it had been through a steamer. Nothing at all like the crispy McMuffin that I’m used to at McDonald’s. I don’t think I will be frequent this McDonald’s again.

One would imagine that with all the technology within thislication you could get a smile and fresh food. The entire experience is nearly without contact and frowns and expression of inconvenience are given instead of courteous service. Thanks toToday, Frank couldn't explain why we sat I. Line for 10 minutes while they were fully staffed.

I ordered two sandwiches and a fry and I waited for over 20 minutes, finally asked where my food was. They walked to the back, grabbed a bag and brought it to me and said oh we’re sorry your food’s been ready. It was just sitting back there getting cold.

Really nice to spend my hard earned money just to get my food cold as rock. I don’t know how this store even operates from the soda machine that has flat soda to the lazy employees who can’t keep fresh Pattie’s cooked. You’d be better off ordering food from North Korea than to ever eat at this establishment.
