Expect to microwave your own mac n cheese. Two employees directed me to the microwave counter to microwave my mac n cheese since it was cold upon receiving order. They did not offer to replace or warm the food…exact words “we would do the same too back here”. This has been my worst Panera Bread experience location.

Been going here consistently for years. Food is always good every time. Restaurant is kept clean, beverages and utensils/supplies stocked, clean bathrooms, etc. The fast food/“cafe” industry is difficult due to customers, so perfect customer service isn’t exactly expected. It’s mid-level service, but can’t complain. Overall not a bad Panera location.

Could use some updating kind of dark atmosphere cause of the decore.Not the most friendly of staff compare to the other Paneras i go to.Parking is not the best either have to drive around the back of building to park who designed that set up.Anyways the whole thing needs to be updated.

I have ordered from this Panera location several times. Normally, drive through is average time. The other day, I ordered my boyfriend the Autumn Squash Soup, which he loves. I ordered myself the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich. The food was great, the customer service is average, the prices are high as expected.Vegetarian options: Sandwiches, soups, flatbread, and desserts.

This by far was my worst panera bread experience. My sandwich was not tasted did not have red onions on it. My food was up in the window and nobody said anything I had to go and ask. The young lady behind the register was more interested in playing on her phone. Then when she started cleanup she fidgety with her apron, put her finger in her mouth then went and got gloves to pick up stuff put a glove one hand and then pulled it in place with the hand that was just in her mouth. I left without finishing and threw the bread away I purchased Lord only knows how it was prepared and handled.
