My husband and I went through drive thru after a 2hr drive starving and BOTH of our orders were wrong. my tea is also hot as there is barely any ice in it. Also the outside of the building looks nasty.

Very uncoordinated crew, telling others drive thru only when others were standing inside hanging out. Being on their cell phones while on the drive thru. Me and my family have a decent size order but we've been waiting for over a half hour.

We went recently and tried the drive thru. We were told there would be a wait and we were fine with that. We ordered 28(ish) worth of food part of which was a large order of nuggets. We were told that nuggets take 7 minutes. Ok. We waited approx 21 minutes to get to the window. There were two cars in front of us. Each day at the window for a lengthy amount of time. When we got to the window and paid we were told there was 3 more minutes on nuggets and please pull forward. We said we would wait at the window and the worker at the window became very irate. She called the person from the back cooking who got very upset with us as well. We kept saying, we’ll just wait here. 3 minutes was up by this point. The worker from the back said we could either get a refund or pull forward (by this time it had been upwards of 5 minutes). We said we would wait and the worker said they would call the police if we didn’t either get a refund or pull forward. We said ok. They called the police on us and literally all we wanted was the food we ordered. We never raised our voice or were ugly. My husband went inside the restaurant to get a refund and the worker tried to throw a $20 dollar bill at him. My husband said “no I want a full refund”. The way we were treated was absolutely shameful and honestly this establishment should be shut down, especially for wasting community services like police for something that isn’t even approaching an emergency.
6pm dinner and all they serve is chicken but yet they do not have enough chicken made. 15-20 minute wait for chicken and the lady at the register is moving rapidly as if she is tweeking....Edit lol I HAD to log back in to say I just watched her go make a "purchase" in the parking lot....smh I will be making sure she doesn't touch my food.... wish I could upload a video.

The customer service needs improvement they were out of spicy chicken said they would not cook any more. This was 45 mins before they closed. They were out of gravy. For the mashed potatoes. Unable to honor the app pricing. Um able to give points with there system. Unable to hear us at the drive thru had to drive around to order but took cars order behind us. Then when we got to window wanted us to drive around. So they could serve the car behind us and there was 4 more cars in line by then. I was not happy. To say the least. Just poor management skills and No training for the poor girl at the window she was trying. But the manager on duty wasn’t. Budging at least for us. Only chicken place around. There food is good. Wish it was more stream lined I’d visit way more often . N
