My husband and I visited the Lake City Ruby Tuesday this evening and everything was wonderful! The bartender Michelle was amazing as we asked for her best recommendations from non alcoholic Spicy Bloody Mary for my husband and She recommended the Strawberry Lemonade for myself ( both wonderful), she recommended the sampler platter to start out with which again was amazing as well as our entrees : husband had the “T-bone, mashed potatoes and corn “ along with a salad bar and was talking about how delicious the whole way home! I had the “Tilapia with shrimp, rice and zucchini “ totally Devine!The managers were amazing as well as the rest of staff ! Very clean and organized! We will definitely be back and share this with all our local friends!Parking: There was plenty of parking and plenty of handicap parking my husband is handicapped so it was nice to get front row. The stalls were easy to read for parking there.

Absolutely horrible from start to finish. Just use your $100 bill to start a trash fire. I feel ripped off and will never return to another Ruby Tuesday ever in my life. The hostess is too busy playing on her phone. The server didn't know the drink specials, but it didn't matter because they charged full price anyway. My husband's burger was rock hard, mine was bleeding on the bun, my son spit his out. They forgot about the appetizers until we asked after we got our food, so they came out at the end. We were also overcharged. Had them fix it but did not realize the drink was also overcharged. Left full plates paid anyway. Lesson learned. Places like this are why I eat out less and less. Waste of my time and money.Parking: Hard to find location. Tons of speed bumps.

We promptly got seated at a booth near the window and the atmosphere was wonderful. We then got Mike as our server and he ensured we had everything we needed! He even brought my little sister different sauces that she would enjoy and she ate her meal so well. Overall the food, service, and quality was 10/10. Would recommend coming for lunch or any occasion!Parking: Lots of parking!Kid-friendliness: The server was extremely accommodating and suggested a meal that my six year old little sister loved!
