While I always appreciate the excellent service, the quality of the food, pricing, and overall execution is not great.I ordered a new cantina bowl and a chips & cheese. The chips were stale, the bag wasn't even half full so I counted - 10 stale chips and some crumbs for almost $3. The cantina bowl was identical to a powerbowl. I ordered extra chicken and didn't get it, the "pico" was literally just tomatoes - also ordered extra "pico" and didn't get that either (mind you, it costs more to get extra of any ingredient ordered), and there was the tiniest little squirt of the avocado ranch and guacamole that it almost didn't even add anything to the bowl. It's exactly the same as a powerbowl but more expensive and equally boring and disappointing. Shrinkflation strikes again. Paying more for less and lower quality.

Who doesn't love Taco Bell? U find a person that doesn't and I'll show you an un-American person. I'm not a fan of traditional Latin cuisine but I can almost always go "run for the border". Even when it's not 'good' it's still good. For me to leave a bad review for a Bell location it has to be abhorrent.

Went in to get a bowl. Asked for no rice or beans. At the window asked for a little bit of extra lettuce considering they put a teaspoon of lettuce and I had the bulk of the items taken off and still paying full price which is fine. She then looked at me rude and said “uh you’re gonna have to pay for it” which was no problem but when you say it rude and you’re supposed to be a manager training another person? Shows you’re probably not a great manager. Then checked for the spicy ranch I paid 40 cent for. I couldn’t even find it in the salad because they put the smallest amount. Had to go back in to actually get what I paid for. When I did I asked the name of the lady that was rude to me, the man then told me they cant give out that information, she just looked at me and hid and would not come speak to me. I was not rude or yelling I just wanted to speak to a manager and apparently she is the manager. Do better. Might I add I used to come here frequently but 95 percent of the time no matter what I got it was made incorrectly. Had to ask for a supreme taco 5 times because they forgot the “supreme” part. When you pay for something you expect to get it. I’ll find out her name easily. I just hope you learn better customer service skills and train people better than you’re training Audrey because that’s embarrassing for whoever is above you.
