I live their fruit, granola, and açaí bowls. Absolute delicious and healthier than the other places around the way! Smoothies are always great… I honestly have had a great experience every time I’ve visited thus far. Staff is never grouchy and always attentive! Check this place out if your in the mood for a great place to find high quality menu full of healthy food

Prices are too high, and smoothies are watered-down now...plus gotta add extras to get healthy smoothies now. Now, no muscle blaster, no lean machine. Also, food seems to be frozen, or at least not as fresh anymore. I'm not impressed at all with the new tropical cafe buyouts around Florida. All will not have much business in the future due to cutting products away for extra money and moving prices up to cover employees' costs, taking from customers. It's not the same tropical smoothie anymore.Parking: Lots of open parking because not very good

Horrible. I just spent $30 with doordash for a burrito and blueberrie smoothie. Spent all kinds of up grades for a edible straw, chia seeds. Vitamins and the smootie taste like straight ice. Nothing else. No edible straw included. Last time when I went in person , I knew they put chia seeds in it. Nothing this time. Now it defeats the whole purpose of doordash and I have to drive up there to replace this nasty mess

You won’t find a nicer staff anywhere you go. These employees are always the sweetest, I can’t remember her name she’s very sweet spoken and maybe her name started with a “j” but she remembers my order! I always think that’s awesome! Thank you guys! And as I’ve stated don’t get rid of the bowls!

Mobile ordered here on a road trip and it was ready exactly when we requested the pickup time. Restrooms were clean, plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend this location!

Tropical Smoothie in Lake City Fl has never met the standards of what what the tropical smoothie franchise should be right from the beginning of what the hospitality needs should be, right down to how the presentation of the food and drinks need to be. In my experiences going there, I have been disappointed 80% of the time, I have no idea why I keep trying to see if they will ever improve. This time I went I had saved 1500 points up and was going to get a free wrap I chose a buffalo chicken wrap "it was horrible" they put so much buffalo sauce in it nothing else no veggies and very little chicken and said that was the way it came. I was not only disappointed, but very upset when I learned that the cashier swiped all my points off my account and reset my account to zero. I tried calling them they do not answer the phones. This place is just ridiculous in customer service and presentation and to be called tropical smoothie they should be ashamed!
