I asked to have my fries cooked well. Didn't think she paid attention, most fast food places don't. Imagine my surprise when my fries were well done. Kudos Wendy's. Was pleasantly surprised.

Do not go to this Wendys. Their system is “always not working” and they don’t honor coupons. Staff is full of incompetent workers who curse up a storm and smell like cigarettes while coughing up and spitting while they make your food. Avoid at all costs.

My sister and myself went through the drive thru tonight 02/17 10:56 pm when we asked for napkins (bc the young lady had our soda running over) we were told that they were completely out of napkins and paper towels not even any to dry their hands after washing them ( bc I asked that question as well) the Caucasian girl at the window gave us so much attitude about asking for napkins to clean up her spill then proceeded to talk trash about us to her coworker! By the way that’s just nasty not to have the proper material to wash and dry the employee hands correctly!!!

I ordered a EGG & CHEESE BISCUIT . You surely can see the CHEESE ! No doubt that it’s MISSING . Went back through the drive through to get a fresh biscuit argued with the manager for abt 10 minutes about it being fresh & he swore it was . 5 seconds later the same biscuit was handed back out to me , WARMED UP IN THE MICROWAVE , the wrapper was so hot to the touch that I couldnt even hold it in my hand and the biscuit was HARD . Clearly microwaved . Very disappointed with this Lakecity Wendy’s . -10/10 WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.

Arrived at the restaurant shortly before 4 PM to use the Restaurant buy some fries and drive home. Was only one wet floor signed visible to me, and that was in the foyer coming from the outside before you enter the actual restaurant. I turned right to head to the restroom before ordering my fries to go home and slipped right after passing the trashcan having to hold onto the window ledge. Twisting my neck, hip & shoulder and bruising my arms. No employee from the restaurant asked or came out to see if I was hurt. As, I gathered myself, I turned towards the cashier where I could then see on the total opposite side of the restaurant near the drink machine area was another wet floor, sign several fans, and 2 Inches or more of water. I had to request to speak with the manager. Who did not ask if I was OK or give his name he asked me if I wanted calm down & fill out Incident report. I replied yes. He asked did I want him to call ambulance? I said yes he never called one. Instead, he got on the phone allegedly with his general manager and talked about how I was upset, and how I took pictures of the water restaurant. He Sent out a female employee with a clipboard for me to fill out an incident report. A female employee stated that their icemaker had stopped working, and that was the cause for condensation and standing water throughout the interior of the restaurant & how they got busy and had not had time to come out and get the water up. Several other patrons in the dining room complained that they could not get into the restroom due to the standing water. A gentleman with a child complained they did not get drinks because of the standing water. After filling out the incident report and taking Video footage of the water in the restaurant, The manager comes out and tells me that the general manager will be giving me a call I asked him what the ambulance coming he He stated that because I had called my husband, he assumed my husband was coming to get me. I’m not sure what that has to do with receiving medical attention. They finally decided to close the dining room Upon my exit, but I don’t understand how several inches of standard water wasn’t enough to close the dining room prior to someone getting hurt. Now I’m sitting in the Emergency Room.

I’ve been to this location several times. Every time the staff either says the location is closed when it’s only around six 7:00 PM. Or they say that the services are down and they can’t take orders through drive-through. Every time I’m up there in the store or the inside is closed you see a group of the employees. Just sitting outside talking and having a good old time real rude with customers. I’ve always had a horrible experience at this place and you’ve lost another customer plus probably even more people it appears that they’re more against the vets or veterans and that’s pretty horrible so I just thought somebody should know about this.

Service was sad. Needs replacement. Food was dry, burnt, to moist fell apart. Sausage was completely burnt black, tough. Not chewable. Seasoned potatoes were dry hard. Coffee was ok.Employees need an attitude adjustment. Especially the young ones at drive thru. Employees can make the company or break it. I've always liked Wendy's but it needs improvement.
