I placed an order in the drive thru and the girl was very rude and not willing to repeat the order back to me so I could make sure it was taken correctly. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she closed the window and had me, and my wife with our 1 month old waiting there for a half an hour before she called the cops on me to have me removed for trespassing. They told me there was no supervisor there and wouldn't give me there names to file a complaint! It is the worst service I've ever had and will never recommend anyone to visit this location.

The woman at the drive through has the worst customer service etiquette. I asked for my recipes and was given an attitude immediately. I said thank you twice as she wouldn’t utter a you’re welcome to save her life. Rolled her eyes and slammed the window.
I just left this Dunkin it says it closed at 7 pm. We were in the drive thru for about 10 mins. No one asked if we wanted toOrder, so we parked and got down the doors locked yet there were employees inside. What a horrible service Dunkin, you guys need to do better.

I ask for an old fashioned donut about three days a week, and they almost NEVER have it. Cmon its a basic donut you should have! Seriously?
The girl who attended me tonight saturday. Was so disrespectful. I asked for hot macha late and she said we do not have it, only cold. I asked again and she responded with a OMG, and she gave me the hot macha late. It is 6:42 pm so i think she wanted to leave. So bad attitude.

The most disgusting and gnarly employees I’ve ever dealt with this early. Disrespectful employee at the drive thru yelled to my partner and I multiple times to stay in our car when we were trying to retrieve our coffee! They OVER CHARGED us for everything bagel minis and we only got 1 order, I LITERALLY ONLY COME HERE BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE ULTIMATE BEST!!! I will never come back and I will let everyone I know about this snobby Dunkin’ morning crew!
