This establishment was a huge disappointment. The service was incredibly slow, leaving my girlfriend and I waiting for what felt like an eternity. To make matters worse, we were handed menus with differing prices for the same items. The pricing structure was odd, with butter costing more than the bagel itself. Our bagels arrived stale, lacking any semblance of freshness. Even the jelly provided was of subpar quality. The coffee, served in styrofoam cups, left a lot to be desired. Overall, this was undoubtedly one of the worst dining experiences we've had. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment. Your hard-earned money is better spent elsewhere.

In that picture it shows that salmon, tomatoes, onions, capers and a bagel for the posted price $9.74. I ordered it through Uber eats it came to my hotel room. The only thing I got was 4 oz of salmon. The lady on the phone argued with me for 14 minutes extremely rude, yelling at me. She stated for the $9.74 you only get 4oz of salmon. Look at the screenshot I took it clearly says in writing what it comes with as well as the picture. she wouldn't make it right......These people are a bunch of rip-offs and she said I had to call uber eats, I stated it has nothing with Uber eats. THIS IS BLANTANT FALSE ADVERTISING

So I went in to get a sandwich for lunch.I asked if I could get Turkey and Roast Beef on a bagel.I was told no.They do have Turkey sandwiches and Roast Beef Sandwiches. The Sandwiches are not pre-made.I asked the counter girl to simply combine the two sandwiches with half of each cold cut meat. I said they can charge me for the more expensive meat/sandwich, or upcharge me. I didn’t care about the price.She said she couldn’t because there’s no button on the register.I pointed out that the person making the sandwiches was right there, maybe 6 ft away from the register.Nope, she was incapable of achieving this request.Oh well. Definitely a sign of the times and generation.I won’t be back.

Either the owners don't care anymore or management has changed, or perhaps both, but we haven't been impressed lately with the prices or portions. Also the phone greeting is from the holiday season (December), the staff are aware but told me they aren't able to change it. Plus their website should have menu prices listed. The food is still delicious but I don't think we will be back.Original review:Wow! This place is the best. Authentic NY. The garlic veggie schmear tasted incredible and so did the BLT Sammie. Affordable prices and big portions (I couldn't finish my eggs and bagel). We even got some breakfast pastries and OMG so good. The girl taking our order was so polite, excellent customer service. Will be back again very soon!

Is it so hard to order a roast beef sandwich, cold? She couldn't find it on the menu but I insisted I had gotten it before so she continued to tell me about corned beef sandwich that could be substituted...finally I just said plain roast beef on rye with nothing else. "Ok but then I have to charge you for a side"...So I get my sandwich, much skimpier than last time and no side. Had to back to get the side.Very disappointed today....

Not very happy with lack of customer service. I usually come here often after I go to the gym and get the same breakfast bagel with veggies cooked in the the egg with turkey and cheese and never had any issues. I decided to bring some friends today and some in instead of ordering at the counter. After a long delay of being greeted by the server we literally had to ask a couple times for glasses to get our drinks. After ordering the bagel how I always get it and waiting in later told they can't put the veggies in the egg and can put on the side... again the veggies are supposed to be cooked in with the egg, just like when you Make an omelet.. it's not that hard, but apparently the cook couldn't do that and all they could say was sorry n placed my food and side veggies in front of me and walked away. I will no longer go here because it was the worst ever!!!
They really pile on the cream cheese so be careful what you ask for?

The service, food and appearance of restaurant when we walked in were all equally horrible. We have been going to the Casselberry location for years and love it!!!! Unfortunately the Lake Mary location has lost our business for good, my fiance and I gave them a 2nd chance and they failed miserably so we will not be coming back.

Worst experience and so disappointed. Other locations are amazing but Lake Mary was horrible. Walked in and the place was empty. Dirty tables everywhere where food and trash had not been cleaned with 3 employees standing around talking. Sat down waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged while the employees continued their personal conversation. Finally get service and they are out of most of the bagels. Place our order and half of it comes out. And it's wrong. The part that was correct was cold like it had been sitting. Several minutes later the rest comes out and it's just as bad. Only ate half and that's because I was starving. Definitely will not be back to this location.
