You notice I have given 5 stars across the board, the coffee here is great, the staff are amazing, wonderful coffee shop.BUT....for Pete sake, if you don't get someone to help the poor girl at the counter I may stop coming, If 2 or more people are in line, I will wait 15-20 mins just to place the order, while she is doing her best to take the order and payment, make multiple coffee's, collect and heat up peoples food from the counter, etc.This has happened many times, once I gave up and walked out, the other day I saw someone else walk out.You charge premium prices, I have already earned three of your awards which require $100 each spending, perhaps you will pay attention to this, people dont have 45 mins to wait for a to go coffee.Good luck, thanks!

Wow, what a wonderful experience! The coffee is the best I have had in the USA. The place is warm and beautiful. The divine food. Spectacular attention. What a treasure to have a place like this close to home. We will definitely go back!
I ordered a oat milk latte and specified that I am lactose intolerant and cannot drink milk. The barista seems to only speak Spanish and didn’t seem to fully understand, but then reiterated my order once I got my latte, it had normal milk and I got very sick from just a few sips. I think this happened because of the language barrier. Will not be going here again.

Place is cool, design and aesthetic is pleasing but the food is ridiculously overpriced for what they actually serve. $20 arepa is the size of my hand and meat was overcooked. Charged us $20 for a grilled cheese are denying that we ordered off the kid menu. Coffee is good, but food is terrible for the price they’re advertising. Would not recommend you visit, much better coffee shops around lake Mary that either have better quality food for their price or just more food for less.

Food is decent but $18 after tax for a BLT breakfast sandwich is insane IMO, based on this I probably won’t return. 2 pieces of bacon is pretty crazy too. ??♀️ I understand everything has gone up in price, but I can’t justify this one.

First time at this location. I placed the food order at 10:24am, the food did not arrive to the table until 10:57am. It took a long time just for an omlette with potatoes! Food was ok but definetly overpriced for thw portion. Atmorphere is very nice but again the food is overrated and pricey!
