This is one of my favorite places. Everything I've tried is always good. Last time I went it was during lunch on a weekday, I placed a mobile order and came when it said it was going to be ready and still had to wait an additional 10 minutes. So just plan ahead if you are un a rush because they were PACKED.
Usually a great experience when doing online mobile order for pick up. No idea why it took nearly 30 min for one Melt to be made. Slowest staff today at 3pm.

Food is great but the service is awful. So slow. If there is more than three cars in the drive through it will take about 30 -40 minutes. Just crazy that it could take so long.

I love Chicken Salad Chick, however it took over 45 mins for our food to come out. The excuse given was they had to make more of the flavor we ordered. I would be ok with that, had that been relayed at ordering. The staff was not apologetic about it what so ever. Will not be back to this location.

The second star is because the food is tastyI decided to try chick salad chick for the second time my first time i got the most horrific food poisoning that led me into the hospital for it but today i gave them the benefit of the doubt i assumed because it had been a few months maybe they got there stuff together…..nopeHere i am back with food poisoning in wich i will never be returning.

I have been to this location a handful of times. I truly enjoy chicken salad chick but not at this location. Clearly there is a disconnected from the kitchen to the person that bags the food. One time we ordered Togo my chips were left out and today my soup was not in my bags. Both times they offered to fix the issue but I would have to return which I can not because I am at work and use my lunch break to pick up the food. Last time they offered a free meal which I didn’t not claim because I would have to go their order and wait which I do not have time for. They did the same today and this does not help I would prefer to have my money returned since I did not receive what I paid for! That’s ok you can keep the 2 bucks because I will not return to an establishment that does not give you what you pay for. Also pick up eta was 11 and my food didn’t come out till 1115, making me late for my break. Nope not happening any longer.
The shift leader has no idea how to manage nor has no idea what’s on the menu to refer customers what to get when it’s their first time there.

Horrible, simply horrible. Food is GREAT and the front worker “Charlie” who serviced me was amazing! But the management is horribly loose, i don’t agree with management choices. (besides the kid, the child is literally the best one)Vegetarian options: There are two options, Pimento Cheese and Spicy Pimento cheese. Great if you live cheese,, however taste HORRIBLE— even the employees tell me it’s bad. i’ve asked multiple people on diffrent occasions and they give me a “look”

The food was good for a chain chicken salad place, it's better than you'd expect. However,, the management it gruesome, a combination of teenagers and incompetence. They openly talk about forging their review receipts,, so TAKE THEM HOME-- even if you're not going to review the store, take your recipes otherwise they will leave one in your name. I understand "Ash" is the general manage, however she plays and laughs just like the children and then sits on her computer in the front of the store. She was very friendly, although seemingly unproductive. The ambiance of the store is very southern drawn,, it's not too indie welcoming and thats okay! they cater to their desired customers-- it's just obvious their desired customer is old white conservatives. I have no pull in this organization whatsoever, but with my experience (General Manager of the Panera Bread (sun dr))) I think the store would benefit more from someone alittle older and alittle less "friends with everyone" running the place.
