I have been a long-time customer, but the last couple of times, my orders were messed up. I don't know if the young lady who takes the orders is new, but the last time I got the wrong order, and when I called, I didn’t even get an apology. She blamed me. This time, I ordered, and after an hour passed, I called back, and she said I ordered pickup. I have never ordered pickup. After 10 minutes of blaming me, she replaced the order. The food was not the usual; it tasted salty, and the egg rolls were slightly burnt. They lost a good customer due to poor customer service.

My brother & I enjoyed our lunch special meals at Chopstix Chinese fast food outside since we had SantaPaws with us. The service was great and I received a warm greeting when I entered. The lo mein was perfectly cooked and hot, freshly stir fried with vegetables and chicken. The chicken white meat was extremely soft and tender. The rice was fluffy and good, not too dry or sticky. The only thing that I didn't like was the sauce on the egg foo young. It was too bland and I had to use a lot of soy sauce to add some flavor. Other than that, everything was delicious and satisfying. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes fast and tasty Chinese food. Very convenient next to the UPS store when dropping off Amazon returns or need a quick affordable healthy meal.

Lo Mein noodles were delicious, Egg Foo Young was also delicious very fresh and hot with a tasty gravy. Crab Rangoon tastes homemade loaded with crab. The service was great, the restaurant was clean.

Pleasant place to sit n eat. Extremely friendly owners and family. Best Gem. TSO I HAVE HAD and the Crab ragoons. Very tasty. Reasonable price but worth it.just hate paying g 3 bucks for a bottle of water or a soda. But food definately made up for that.
We stopped in and got beef and broccoli tonight. It was really good food and portion size. Will definitely be back again.

I was helped by very kind staff. They were very receptive to my questions and helped me pick out what to order. This meal was absolutely delicious and I'm glad they had Dr. Pepper. I love all their tofu dishes that I've had before. It was salty and spicy in a great way.
