I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 churro donuts. Before I ordered, I asked if they still had churro donuts, and I was assured that yes they did. So I ordered 2.I later discovered that they did NOT give me churro donuts, but instead gave me some disgusting cake donuts covered in some awful cinnamon-y powder coating that made a huge mess taking them out of the bag. YUCK!By this time I am home, and not about to fight rush hour traffic again just to return 2 donuts. They will go in the trash. I tried calling the store to let them know, but no answer. So disappointing.

I just had the worse Dunkin experience ever early in the morning…what a way to ruin someone’s day with incompetency and poor service. Lady compromised good service and completing an accurate order to keep their “speed up”, and it still took longer than my usually run. Manager in the back yelling “it’s only 2 drinks and a donut!” Poor drive thru girl.. that broke my heart as someone who worked as management in food service. That girl doesn’t get paid enough to deal with a poor management and manager obviously needs to go through some sort of developmental training. I can see why this location is always hiring. Never ever coming back. Go to the one down the street.

Okay, so a lot of you are going to think I'm a glutton for punishment. And maybe I am, or maybe the location is just convenient for me. The last 10 times (yes 10) over the last couple of months I have gotten a sweet tea from here. And of those 10, 8 were UNDRINKABLE. They either give me unsweet, or it tastes like they don't clean their equipment, or the tea tastes rotten like it's been sitting out for DAYS. I have wasted so much money here, and again...why do you ask? It's a convenient location for me. A couple of the workers are also rude. I do have 1 girl there I really like, a young blonde girl. But, save yourself the frustration and don't get sweet tea from here. I promise it's not worth it. Maybe I'll finally learn that myself.

Her customer service was superb. Thanks for making my day better, Veronica . Dunkin, make sure you're letting your employees know how much they rock and taking care of them shows in their customer service, so keep that in mind?
Horrible. The donuts look nothing like advertised. Sad and dry - watered down icing you can barely see - let alone taste. Bad service to boot. Went in to complain and choose better donuts for my kids and she just rang me up for the new donuts - after I told her and showed her the sad donuts I was served in the drive thru. No apology or offer to make it right. Wish I could post a picture - I thought you could in reviews. Im not sure if it’s a franchise thing or an individual owner thing but they are clearly trying to save money by cutting back quality.

Not a pleasant experience today. Stopped in today with my sweetheart because we had the day off together and wanted to start our day with coffee and bagels. There is some sort of interior remodeling going on next door and was very loud. The person asked what we wanted, and I answered back twice but had no answer. Then she finally heard me the 3rd time. I'm not sure if she could hear me clearly with all the noise from next door. She sounded like she was in a hurry and kept saying, "What do you want?" I looked and my sweetheart and told the lady never mind. We just left. I was very disappointed. I drive past the other location on Lake Mary because they never get my orders right and have overcharged me several times. The first time I tried this place, it was spot on perfect. My last visit was ok, and then today was just not worth the drive. We ended up going to Brooklyn Water Bagle. Coffee was not as good but had a pleasant experience their and their sandwiches were delicious.
