What a great restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious - prepared with great care and the service throughout dinner was impeccable! The young man who handled our table was knowledgeable, helpful and highly attentive. Even before dinner, I was so impressed by the Maitre d - she handled my request for a table change (we had 8 in our party) with complete class - she effortlessly pivoted, made the change and was extremely gracious. Today we celebrated my husband's birthday at FishBones, everything was super delicious, the calamari was delicious, the dessert was the best, the service from Diego, our waiter, was super professional, super recommended 100%

Perfect birthday dinner! You have to try the jumbo shrimp! I got the combo with the trigger fish. It was amazing. We also got the roasted cauliflower. It was so delicious! And key lime pie for dessert. I love great service and great food, and Fishbones delivered on both!
