Frozen yogurt is great, toppings good and clean. Floor is dirty, chairs are dirty and one broken, bathroom was filthy - like it hadn’t been cleaned in a LONG time, no paper towels, no soap. I hope the back room prep area is cleaner. Please do better so we can keep visiting, you sell a good product.

A unique experience that allows people to taste samples of frozen yogurt before buying a whole cup. This Menchie's is located in a busy downtown area in Lake Mary. We went on a Sunday late afternoon and there were plenty of tables available.We enjoyed trying out the sample samples before purchasing a cup of frozen yogurt. We decided on plain vanilla so that we can add different toppings. I like how the toppings were all in small cups so that they could stay clean. We chose sprinkles, oreos, and chocolate chips. We enjoyed our dessert as we found it filling and soft. The toppings made it fun and exciting.I think this is a great spot esp for little kids. My only reason for 4 stars is that the frozen yogurt area could be kept cleaner (sticky floors, drippings from yogurt stations, etc).

Very clean. My only issue is the fact that the workers (every single one I’ve encountered) sits on their phone while they weight and cash you out. I get it, it’s (probably) a minimum wage, boring just standing there all day. Use your phone while you have no customers checking out, use your phone while you’re standing there and people are making their cups, but NOT while you’re checking people out. So very rude.

I had my first trip here and I won’t hesitate to go back. It was delicious! The owner, Samir, was a really sweet guy. He was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help us. I’m excited to go back and try more! Even more excited because it’s very close to my house.The frozen yogurt was delicious! The cake batter flavor was better than I expected. There were so many toppings to choose from: chocolate chips, Oreos, nuts, cereals, cold fruit, cookie dough, syrups… I’m excited to make several trips back to try all of themYou don’t have a menu of set combinations. You grab your cup, walk down a big wall of the choices and fill it up as much as you want. Then, they set it on a scale by the register and charge you for its weight. I don’t even know how many base flavors there were, but the cake batter one was delicious.I was very glad when I remembered to leave a review. I wanted to make sure people know how delicious it is He only told us he was the owner after we loved it and asked him. He didn’t spend his time boasting or grumpy; he was genuinely excited when we loved it. I’ll be recommending this frozen yogurt to everyone that I can!

All the toppings are packaged in individual tiny plastic cups. If it was 2020 i would sort of understand the motive, but why do this 3 years after covid? Or is it some kind of portion control measure? Either way, it is such a huge waste of plastic. Between my family and I we had to throw away at least 20 little cups. 0/10 stars, this is the only Menchies I've seen do this.

Stepped in after lunch, and I wanted a little something. The fun thing about Menchies is that you fill up how much you want but at .67 cents each ounce, it adds up quickly. I went with plain tart because it's pretty tasty to me, and it came out to $3.30. A family of two adults and at least seven kids plus another younger couple took up all the inside seats, so I had to stand while enjoying my cup of ice cream.
Unfortunately I have to write this review after 4 different family members and including myself have taking my two daughters to this location and have had a bad experience. This was our place years ago, hands down we like Menchie's, it's just this location. This location is closest to where we live so we frequently go here for convenience. But we just can't anymore. The service is TERRIBLE!!!! The last five visits and I swear 5!!! No employee has spoken to the customers. Not one word. And several times we will be in the store for awhile before we even see anyone working. The tables have not been clean between customers. We have just become accustomed to cleaning our own tables before we sit down. Once someone does show up to ring us up it's not a kind encounter. Unfortunately we will not be able to recommend this place until they get a handle on their service.

We had a great time in this place. Delicious and clean. Kids loved Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt as they like to serve themselves and pick whatever they like. Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt have decent and cool dine in area. Also, It is located in a very nice area where you can have a walk there too. Overall our experience was excellent and I recommend Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt for frozen yogurt lovers.

What a great experience! The cleanest Menchie’s I have been to in a long while. The choices are many and it is COVID free approval. I was impressed with all the topping being in small containers. Ask for Julian. He is so kind and very attentive.If you are looking for a great place to have a delicious treat or dessert… This is the place to come! You will not regret it!!

This was the first time we went to a Menchie’s, and it will definitely be our LAST. Each cup was $7 and we got a very tiny scoop for that — approximately 2 bites. The cup was 1/4 filled, if that. They weigh it, so a fully loaded cup must be $20. Such a ripoff with their outrageous pricing! It was terrible. We had no toppings either. It was RIDICULOUS the amount they charge with the portion you receive. You’re much better off walking right next door to Publix and buying a whole half gallon of ice cream. Wish we’d done that instead of throwing money away in Menchies!
