Took my wife out to dinner, after about 5 minutes the waitress came and took our drink order, drinks came out and then we ordered an appetizer. After watching the table come 15 minutes after us get served their appetizers and then get their food before our appetizer were even served. We got up and left! Worst service we have ever had! We will never eat here again!

Horrible service!Ordered a pizza and received a sub. I went back and checked to make sure I had Ordered a pizza, and it was a picture of a vegetarian pizza...not a sub! I called and told the girl and she was no help at all. Done with papa Joe's. Also, the penne Alla vodka was terrible. Avoid this place!!

I have been to this restaurant twice now and both times there was a server who had such an atrocious attitude.Our first time here, we dined in and we had an older blonde woman as our 'server'. We sat down and she took our drink order. After over 10 minutes of waiting, we realized that we had not received any drinks or been attended to. There was a table who came in after us who were already eating before we even had our drinks. During this time, we found out that she had abandoned our table in favor of a larger group, most likely in hopes of a larger tip. We then flagged down a pleasant young lady with black hair, who brought us our drinks and took our order. This young lady took care of us the ENTIRE time we were there. She was very nice and attentive to our needs. I should also mention that the younger woman who took care of us was actually the 'To-Go order' person. Even though this young woman took care of us, we were essentially without a server the entire time. At the end of our meal, We had to ask a younger gentleman to bring us our check. This was when the older blonde woman came back to us and this was the first time we had seen her since we ordered our drinks. Even then, the younger woman was the one who grabbed our check and ran our card. In the end, our first experience was not pleasant and we felt we were being a burden to the other staff members and felt highly unwelcomed and disrespected by the server we initially had.Fast forward to today, we went in to pick up our to go order. This older blonde server and a gentleman were sitting at a table. I walked up to them to ask where I could pick up my order but no one answered and I was completely ignored. I did walk up to the counter behind where they were sitting and got my order. But this is now the second time I've come to this establishment and been treated so disrespectfully by the same server. I do want to say that she is the only person I've had a bad experience with. All other employees that have taken care of us were wonderful and polite. Even though this is our neighborhood pizzaria, due this server, we will most likely not return.

DELICIOUS!The garlic knots are to die for.Pizza was delicious & the service was excellent!Went with a party of 5 & we all loved it.The cost was surprisingly refreshing and affordable.
Our waiter Kim was marvelous. My experience here was amazing, and not to mention the food was exquisite. Great place to bring the family, date night, or just a simple quick bite to eat.

Vegetarian options: Excellent dinner salad: fresh lettuce and tomato, sprinkling of green and black olives, all mixed in a tasty house salad dressing. Outstanding thin pizza, where mine comes with delicious anchovies and green peppers.

From consistently delicious food to wonderful friendly service EVERY TIME. :) I have to shout out BRIAN and ANGELO these two men have the Gift of making THE BEST PIZZA IN FLORIDA. They are the reason we continue coming back to this restaurant. This specific location, in Heathrow, takes us back to NEW YORK simply with its decor coupled with every bite of their DELICIOUS TRUE NEW YORK PIZZA! The wings are also Great! I have NEVER Ordered our meals twice in one sitting but today we did! Brian's pizza making skills left us SPEECHLESS so I had to compliment him again. I have also walked up to Angelo twice to compliment him as well, so I had to write this review. This family owned restaurant truly knows how to make pizza! Their perfectly baked crust with a crunchy bottom crust (Note* NOT BURNT) took us back to New York with every bite. Their pizza crust, sauce and cheese created a beautiful symphony of unforgettable flavors and textures that danced in our mouths. Brian and Angelo are the BEST Pizza makers of ANY restaurant we've been to in the States. Please give these men a raise and do what you have to, to keep them. Both have the pizza making skills to put ALL Restaurants who "claim" to have New York Pizza to shame!
