This is the second time I’ve come and my order was wrong, when it gets “fixed” I get a smoothie so thick that I can’t use my straw to drink to it and it tastes like nothing but protein powder.

This Planet Smoothie is right off The Seminole Trail! A great pit stop when I'm on the bike and need a break or refreshment. The staff is young and super fun! The smoothies I've had are always delightful.

I'm a fan of Planet Smoothie and LOVE the great service from this spot off the trail. Marissa is AMAZING and the rest of the crew have also always been polite, nice, professional, and hard working. They deliver great service and the manager has always shown great consideration to the customers. I run every weekend and those smoothies w great service always hit the spot. I know people can have good days and bad days... yet, give them a chance if you dont see the 5 star service right away. I love how determine they are and how hard working they have demonstrated every time I stop by. Sometimes a larger group hops in or a slower not so sure customer w questions lines up. Don't toss blame, don't be so quick to point fingures, just give them an oppertunity to make you a fan. They did for me!!! SO MUCH BETTER than the Smoothie King that used to be there. THANK YOU Marissa and team!

I have driven past this place countless times and never stopped and boy am I glad I did today. I pre ordered online before going to pick it up. When I arrived my order was ready and they had it chilling in the fridge/freezer so that it wouldn’t melt while waiting which I appreciated. I got the Captain Kid which tasted delicious and refreshing, especially on a hot day like today. It really reminded me of Orange Julius if you’ve ever had one of those.
The location smells really bad… the waiting area is outside by multiple trash cans. (I counted 5 when I was waiting in line). There’s also no window or spot for online pickup so if everyone’s waiting in line, you are too regardless if you order ahead. 2 Uber Eats drivers got their orders before I was even acknowledged. When I got to the window my order wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting 15 minutes past pickup time?

Please update your hours of operation.You are open until 8pm on Sundays and the rest of the week it has you open until 9pm.We came to this location a few minutes after 7pm to get a couple of smoothies.We were waiting there for a moment deciding what to order and your associates put up a sign with faded writing at the window stating "sorry we're closed :( ".I could've gone to a planet smoothie that was actually open the hours they state online, instead of wasting time coming here and having to now go to a planet smoothie further away. Please update this, it's really inconvenient.
