The owners of this place SUCKS!!! I have been a loyal customer for years, but not any more. They raised the prices of the smoothies recently. Okay whatever. But then they changed the sizes so they are significantly smaller, but left the prices high. I bet the poor employees are exploited just as much as the customers! If you are the owner of this establishment, do better.

I come into roots pretty often and the other day the owner was there, he sat while his staff was struggling with a rush, the staff doesn’t get to keep their credit tips, I saw flies in the store, seems like a place with good potential but definitely needs a change in ownership. I can no longer go due to the extremely high price changes but smaller portions and how rude the owner is. maybe treat your staff better and you wouldn’t lose so many customers. this place was so nice two years ago.

Service is always slow when I come here. I ordered online to try to avoid this as I was in a hurry. I arrived 15 mins after ordering (it said order would be ready in 5-10 mins). The guy at the register was not friendly at all and told me he didn't get the order. Never apologized for their mishap and I had to wait 10-15 mins for a smoothie to be made. The smoothie was great, as were the healthy snacks I picked up, but their cs skills could use some improvement and they should improve online ordering efficacy.
Been here few times aleady and I love their juices and bowls, today i grab the acai bowl and it was delicious. They have a great variety of toppings you can to your bowl. Great customer service. Staff is so friiendly.

I was introduced to Roots in 2019 by my good friend and ever since I still LOVE it! Walking into Roots is always a pleasant experience, its super delish! The staff is super kind too! They are my favorite juice spot & when I'm in the area, I always stop by to grab my fave goodies: from the go banana smoothie to a vegan vampire juice, miracle shots, sandwich or all of the above. Tbh, It really depends what I'm craving on that day but you cant go wrong! Because of Roots, I have learned alot about a healthier - eating lifestyle and I've noticed the difference in my health during my healing journey. Nice spot for a fresh juice especially while waiting for the weekly farmers market vendors to set up. Even when it's chilly, the patio provides protection from the wind and a good people watching vantage point. I definitely want to come back and ask about their juice cleanse program to start off the new year right.
