I came in on Thursday 03/21/24 around 6:30pm, the woman working behind the counter was beyond unprofessional and rude, I was trying to pick a flavor and she kept moving the trays around because she wanted to clean at that exact moment, when I asked her about the difference between two flavors she rolled her eyes and said: they are two completely different flavors, excuse me WHAT? You are the cupcake “expert” not me, when the ladies behind me asked her how she was doing, her reply was: tired and ready to get out of here, Ive worked in customer service myself and I would never treat customers like that, she clearly doesn’t enjoy working there.

I went in to try the gluten free cupcakes. To my surprise I could pick from a few different gf cakes that were available and I could pick a flavored icing. I chose the almond icing on vanilla gf cupcake. Absolutely delicious! I also got the gf shortbread cookies. I will definitely be back. Cute store and very friendly service. I wanted to order a cake and the baker was so rude her name was Sherol she had an attitude and told me I had to wait a while I waited and she still said she needed more time she did not want to cooperate with the order in any way and she seemed stuck up. Also, I never saw them use gloves or wash their hands. Do not waste your time in going there.

First of all the cakes were supreme! Just asked for extra frosting and she didn't give it. Other than that we'll be back for more!

In my family there are cake people OR frosting people.I have always been a cake girl - you can keep the frosting and just give me the cake. Small Cakes has made me question my life choices. Their frosting is divine and so are their cupcakes!Also, did I mention I’m gluten-free? Well they have amazing “gluten friendly” cookies (I’m looking at you pecan shortbreads) and cupcakes.Anyone who is gf knows how hard it is to find gf baked goods that don’t taste like they were made in the sandbox.The rest of my family who are able to eat gluten thought the cupcakes were bought were moist and delicious.We are delighted to have discovered Small Cakes!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-friendly baked goods are delicious.

I actually used to work here for a quite some time a few years back when Ale was the manager. I decided to go in to grab some minis because I hadn’t had them in years. My sister joined me as well to grab some for her and her boyfriend. We were extremely disappointed our options as we were only given “preselected” mini dozen packs. In the past you were able to customize them yourself. They also didn’t look like the classic Smallcakes cupcakes that we were used to. They were riddled with multicolored sparkly sprinkles and green leaf icing… the staff was very nice, just upset by the quality of cupcakes. Also the price went up drastically and was almost 30 dollars for a dozen “preselected” mini cupcakes.

Such a disappointment! I've heard good things about Smallcakes and stopped by to get a cute little treat for my friend's daughter's big 13th. Unfortunately the lights were on and the Open sign was on but nobody was in the store and the doors were locked. I won't go out if my way again.

I have never had a sweet tooth, but I had a sweet craving episode. so came here for a cupcake. I was amazed at the quality of the sole cupcake I had. The best cupcake I've had in my life. Intense carrot flavor and so moist. I usually avoid the frost but it was truly a delight. Keep up the good work!

I highly recommend this place they really saved my nephews last min birthday party they were nice enough to make a cake last minute and they had so many orders that week I will never forget that they made a chocolate cake with chocolate shavings it was delicious couldn't get enough of it

General's chicken wasn't that great and it was kind of salty without the sauce the rangoon's were drenched in oil in the race that was supposedly steamed was very dry as if it wasn't cooked with water how they got a 4.0 star rating is a mystery
