1st time eating here. Gotta say. LOVED IT!The food was delicious. Fresh, hot, tastey.My wife had the Buffalo Quesadillas.I had the Teriyaki Bowl. Unfortunately ate half of it before I remembered to take the pictures.Doug was so friendly advised us to get the app to earn points.Will definitely be back.Thanks Doug see ya next time.

I'll start off by saying we love the food! We have been coming here on a daily basis for a very long time. All the cooks and staff are very welcoming, however Today I don't know who let this man behind the desk. He is an older gentleman with nasty yellow cracked teeth... He was extremely rude to my wife and I today while we were placing an order at the service desk. Never got treated like this whoever hired that guy did a huge mistake. He behaved and looked like he was on meth today

Christopher is the name on my receipt, so I hope it’s the young man who’s always so happy and cheerful when I come to pick up my food. He always looks like he’s having fun and loves his job. You don’t find customer service like that anymore. Give that man a raise! Also, food is always wonderful.

I enjoyed the Broth bowl. The broth was tasty. I like the option to change contents. I will definitely order it again.Vegetarian options: I am raw vegan so I have fewer options than vegetarians but there’s enough for me to choose from. Especially the build your own and the Broth bowl.

Sofresh in Lake Mary, FL is wonderful!The staff is kind and courteous, the lobby and bathrooms are super clean, and the food is outstanding!!Sofresh has a large menu selection to choose from. Including Bowls, wraps, salads, smoothies and so much more!I would recommend this restaurant to anybody & everybody.Parking: Ample parking day or night. People shouting "Howdy Neighbor!"

Everything about this place was amazing! The price was at a good price point, The staff were extremely patient and helpful, and the seating area was very clean and inviting. The only reason why I am not giving five stars is because for being a health food restaurant, I would have expected to see at minimum calorie information not only was there no calorie information, there was no breakdown of measurements as to what goes into the food. The staff definitely made up for this inconvenience by helping me create my own bowl To fit my calorie goals. I really appreciate the staff for being so friendly, but would like to see the owner include nutrition information at least available upon request.

I love a salad bowl! I just stopped in and tried the Power bowl with grilled chicken. It was exactly what I needed and truly fresh ingredients. The kale pesto was bomb! This spot uses contactless ordering - which is something I like. I would suggest ordering ahead if you're taking it to go as it's the same method of ordering. Something that is different about this spot compared to similar places nearby - they offer shrimp and poke style tuna as protein and offer a broth bowl as an option as well! I'll be back to try a few other bowls and salads

So Fresh is my new favorite take-out place. Not only is the food "so fresh" as they say, but it also is delicious, super healthy, priced about the same as most quick food, and I don't have any guilt as compared to a burger & fries, pizza, or most other fast food options. I try something new every time that I'm there, and I'm never disappointed. I highly recommend So Fresh!

Customer service provided by Chris is incredible. I ordered Uber Eats delivery; but to the wrong address. I called the So Fresh Lake Mary store. Chris stayed in touch. She called me with bad news. No driver was willing to deliver to my actual location. So, with Chris' help, I provided an additional $ incentive. She got Casey to take the job. I was a customer service manager in a part of my career. I know OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chris provided it in abundance. Many Thanks!
