Place is really nice large and clean , the staff is super friendly . We ordered a few drinks and a couple of appetizers . We had chips with salsa , pretzel bites , and the fried Mac and cheese bites a must have very yummy. Over all we played two hours it was extremely confusing and the time flew by . When the bill came It was very pricey in the high 200's .. nice to experience I guess once but i won't be going back

Everyone who works there, for that matter, that we've had the pleasure of meeting, is fantastic. Honestly, every company needs to learn from these guys. Class acts. when it comes to food and drinks this is my favorite top golf to hangout at and eat & drink. the food is delicious, the alcohol is well priced, the service is always great, the bay hosts are super friendly and the music they play is always fun dance music most of the time. definitely recommend visiting this topgolf if you're in the orlando area whether it is to play golf or just hangout and drink!

My experience was very good up until the end of our time. The lane next to us was collecting balls they could hit and the server who was also assisting us let them hit all of them. But once we did the same thing they were doing she told us we had to get rid of all our balls. It was very confusing! We felt very isolated and left questioning why they were allowed to and we were not. :(
Topgolf always has great drinks and better food than you'd expect. They charge $70 to make a reservation, but they generally have bays open even during peak hours. Anyone can have a good time here--highly recommend.

I have been a platinum member for YEARS. I’ve gone to maybe 10 Topgolf across the country. I’ve gone to Topgolf 150-200 times.This one is THE WORST. It’s not always a problem, but it’s the only one that’s EVER been a problem.Today we couldn’t get a couch. They had it. They wouldn’t give it to us because they already booked at for a table. We had 2 small kids who struggled to get up on the high tops.We tried for the bottom floor, were told no service there and couldn’t bring food. Upon leaving there were a bunch of groups there getting service with drinks and food in their tables. Maybe it was the time…There was a couch with service on another floor. But We were told because our time started we would have to pay 2 hours to get the couch. I said I was a platinum member so charge me the $0 for 2 hours and rebook me at the open couch.No recall on the response to that other than acknowledging it was an option and then awkward silence and no one doing anything.I’m not stupid enough to say I’ll never be back, but seriously…this Topgolf is the only one that is annoying to go to ever and it makes no sense because they are usually dead (or maybe that’s why because the service is marketed worse than every other one).

Attended on 3/17 while attending an out of town tournament. When I tried to move the time back from 6pm to 7pm, they said they could not and I would have toPay an additional 25% ($37) deposit to rebook the bay. Ok fine, I ate that. We decided to go back the next day. When trying to book, I got an error message twice after getting to the saying that the reservation could not be made. Thought it was something with my card. Had my husband log in through his account and book and he did so successfully. I never got an email confirmation or text that my reservation went through, however saw it debited from my checking twice. I called to get a refund. After going back and forth with several employees and the manager “Robbie” he said he would refund one of the deposits but that he shouldn’t even do that and in the future it would not be refunded. WOW!! So even though there’s a system issue on your side the customer pays the cost. “In the future” we won’t be back either.

We came for a wedding party with 6 booths worth of people. We were split up 3 ways no where close to each other.l on different floors and sides. We were told they were to busy to keep us together but the top golf was quite empty. Don't reccomend large parties to come unless you want to be separated.
