I walk in Little Caesars on Northlake blvd to buy crazy puff's around 4:33 pm on 3/21/24, when I walked in I saw a staff member sitting in the lobby area with there feet across the sits talking on there cell phone, walked up to the counter and was greeted by a very rude and disrespectful young lady named Sonali V. , before I could say anything Sonali V. said that she could not take my order that I would have to order on-line, so I asked her why and she stated that there was no food ready, So I told the young lady that I want to place an order and she told me I had to order on line that she would not take my order. when I looked there was serval Crazy puffs ready , so I pointed to them and said to the young lady that I wanted an order of crazy puff's , she looked back and saw that there was some in the hot plate, she grab one and rang me up , she threw my money at me, and I asked her for a bag to put my food in and she pointed at the plastic bags and said to me "there they go right there " So I asked for the Manager of the store and she refused to give the manager name and walked away from me, Sonale had a pair of blue gloves on her hands rang me up put her hands in the register grabbed the money with the blue gloves on her hands throw my money at me, and the right in the back to make more food with those nasty blue glove on her hands, she never changed her gloves, I was disrespected and I will never go back to Little Caesars on Northlake again as long as Sonali V is still working there, Very nasty and dirty place . and I call several time to speak to the manager and always told that the manager is not there, why are the little disrespectful kids work with no supervision ????

I really hate to have to rate this place this low but the lack of care or concern about messing up my order was ridiculous. They gave me a fake number for a "manager" and really thought I was stupid enough to stop there. I simply went back to my order confirmation and called the number. I spoke to a very pleasant person who refunded my money. I really hope someone addresses this location soon it obvious based on the reviews their customer service skills really need work

I drove to this location to order my food in person. When I got to the counter the girl at the front told me they were not accepting walk ins and I had to order online. I thought that was really weird because they weren’t busy but I sat down to order online. After entering my card information and find what I wanted to order the website said there was a problem at the moment and I could order online. It then prompted me to call the store that I was standing in. This is just a very bad way to do business. Another gentleman came in right after me and was also told to order online and he just got in his car and left.

This place is as ghetto as it gets. The employees walk around in sandals, dirty clothes, on their phones and they don’t wear gloves. Came here this afternoon and walked out after just a minute of observing how this place operates.

I just bought crazy bread from there and it’s not edible it’s absolutely disgusting or spoiled something is wrong had to throw the entire bag away also no one is in dress code and they wear sandals to work and any type of clothing I will never ever ever eat there again worse experience I’ve ever had that’s my second time stopping by there the first time they didn’t even cut the bread up it was folded like pita bread now this time the bread is spoiled yea I don’t recommend this store

Not even sure why this store has a phone number!!!! They never answer, then the last time I placed an order over the phone came in to pick up and the lady said we don’t have that order. Super unprofessional!!!!!

This store never answers the phone. Even when you are standing in the loddy calling they just ignore the phone. Staff doesn't adhere to any health guidelines such as hair nets or gloves. The employees wear pajama clothing to work and all have headphones on even front counter. Overall rude service. Hopefully management can get a handle on this location.

I am UPSET! I forgot to bring cash to tip these awesome, efficient and professional employees. Everything was perfect and made within a timely matter. Have been here before and it was great. This is the second time within a month and the food quality and service was consistent. Consistency in product is important.
