Had a meal today that I am not happy with. Bacon cheese fry. Charged $7.73. Menu board said $6 something. Was charged for a small fry combo $3.69. We didn't order it but he said we did. Friends for ours got charged for one also and didn't ask for it. The bacon cheese fry came in a container in a bag and they all slid down. Nothing was on the fries. I threw them away. I have a picture of them. I ordered my bacon cheeseburger with nothing but had everything on it!! Only one piece of bacon. Will not return for food here!!! Also the receipt has a text number for any comments. I texted this information to that number and no response.

We had a wonderful experience here. I know, you're thinking, it's just a DQ. But the young woman was patient and kind as she walked me through how to get my bogo code. Also, instead of calling out from behind the counter that our order was ready, she brought it to our table without being asked. I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't write her name down and cannot recall it now, but she and her team are a great representation of the DQ brand.

We took our grandkids for an after school treat and they were thrilled! The girl who took our order was very pleasant and got our order correct, which seldom happens for whatever reason. The restaurant itself was very neat, clean and well stocked. We'll definitely be back!

If you enjoy dairy Queen and the ice cream they have, this is a good one! The people at the counter were very helpful, and answered our questions about the size of different ice cream selections. They also let us know that they would bring the ice cream out to where we were seated outside. They have two small tables outside of the restaurant, but they're nice to sit at and watch the traffic go by. My banana shake had little pieces of banana in it, and tasted wonderful. Two thumbs up ?

I worked in a dairy Queen in college, and it was nothing like this. It's a simple little store with places to sit, and the food is about what you'd expect. However the day I went with my mom we waited 2 or 3 minutes to place our order, even though no one else was in front of us because it took that long for the employee to come over and take our order. After they did, and we paid, it took another 8 to 10 minutes for us to get a simple sundae and cone. Meanwhile, there were three young people working there, none of whom seemed motivated to quickly fill our order. It's just ridiculously bad service.
