Normally I don't have an issue in here but whatever two girls were working (4-1-2024) were paying more attention to the boys standing off to the side than the actual customers.

I love your coffee but the girl waited on me was so rude and walked away while I explained she's making orders seven after mine she snapped made it and ignored me. Either get more help or train them to be nice to the customer not indifferent.

Worse experience ever. We get done shopping and decide to stop in for 2 donuts, chocolate frozen drink, decaf coffee. Well the evening crew were rude, poor manners, said they don't ware name badges, and wouldn't give out their names or the bosses names. I have worked for this Lake Wales store and we had name badges and uniforms we had to ware. We got all of our products accept the coffee. The clerk said she didn't hear us and we told her more than twice. Took the receipt back up to try to get her to admit her wrongful mishaps and to get my husband's coffee and both clerks want to get rude. Well not only have we did the survey but we are posting on here and waiting on a phone number to upper management. Also a phone call from the business too. The laughing and the giggles from the two employees were very disrespectful too. Our point is treat others like you like to be treated. Golden rule of thumb

I have been to other Dunkin Donuts in the area and this location off Hwy 60 in Walmart in Lake Wales has by far the best team working behind the counter. They keep the place clean, organized and give prompt service. Kiddos to the ladies!!!

The brunette at the counter tonight didn't want to frost and sprinkle more donuts for my kids. There were only 3 chocolate frosted sprinkle donuts and I wanted 9. As well as 3 strawberry frosted sprinkles donuts which they had none. I went with 6 donuts instead of 12 since she don't want to help me out for my kids. I've worked at a different Dunkin and I frosted donuts for a guest before because we ran out. Smh! It's late and she may be tired and/or lazy but nevertheless that's bad customer service. I'll get my donuts elsewhere next time. Not worth the hassle when it ain't hard to frost a donut. Thanks for nothing!

Dunkin' founder William Rosenberg derived inspiration for his coffee shop from people who loved to dunk their donuts in coffee. In 1948 he opened his first coffee and donut shop in Quincy, Massachusetts. Named Open Kettle, it served coffee, pastries and sandwiches. Two years later, Dunkin' Donuts was officially born, and four years later, he had five locations open. The original Dunkin' Donuts is still standing in Quincy today and has been restored with a 1950's retro design. Today Dunkin sells 60 cups of coffee every second. I was in Lake Wales on a Sunday afternoon and desperate for a cup of coffee, Of course nothing was open. I finally found a Dunkin' but I was a little confused when I didn't see it. Shocker, the Lake Wales Dunkin's is inside the Walmart. Dunkin' to the rescue. I was able to grab my large iced mocha coffee and the afternoon slump was averted. The store was cutely decorated for fall too. I haven't been a fan of their donuts since they stopped making them in store in the early 2000's. They never seem very fresh but the coffee hit the spot.

NEVER seen a store that charges a dollar if you do not want ice. HORRIBLE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN!

Everything went well!! The only thing is that the business hours said on Google 24hours and is not true. They're inside a Walmart that closed at 10pm.

Excellent iced coffee, if you get the Dunkin app (to work), they have great deals! The only thing I don't like is when they are out of a certain flavor & you mobile order through the app, you might not get what you prepaid for, which sucks if you're on your way to work, you don't have time for them to make something else!

Staff is always friendly and helpful, the donuts always hit the spot, and it is always clean. I don't drink coffee so can't speak on that aspect.

It's unfortunate that service and quality are not consistent throughout the chain. One location that gets the highest marks for consistency is this location. The staff is friendly and on the ball, beverages are consistently made, and food products always fresh and hot when appropriate. I will go out of my way to visit this location over any other that may be closer.
