Always had a great meal there, however that changed when we dined on April 4, 2024. Is there a new chef? I had the shrimp scampi. It had no flavor whatsoever. Very disappointed. My partner had the veal sorentino. The veal was good but the Marsala sauce was watery and not flavorful. The up charge $3 for angel hair pasta was outrageous. 1 wine 1 beer $14.The best part of the meal was our server Jayden.

We sat on the back porch, and it was a beautiful setup on a gorgeous evening. We had the Fried Zucchini, best I've ever had. Along with the Cheese Ravioli, delicately al-dente, and delicious.I also had the tomato, avocado, red onion salad with Italian vinaigrette, and grilled shrimp. It was light, refreshing, and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. I topped it off with a limoncello cake slice. Moist and so delicious! This restaurant will not disappoint!

This has been our 2nd visit to L'incontro. This quaint little resturaunt nestles in Lake Wales is special treat. They have some of the most authentic dishes with hearty portions. Staff has been wonderfull each and every time and last night was no exception as Jayden was on point all throughout our meal. Thank you!
