My mom saw the food truck while heading home and ordered the Taco platter, which comes with 3 Tacos and Rice and beans. The flavor of the rice was amazing and the beans were also delicious. The Tacos were delicious too, since I didn't order the food, I wish they added a little more onions and the cheese in the beans was a great addition too.

Were have lunch here a couple times a month. It's a small general store with a restaurant that caters primarily to the local Mexican & other Hispanic population. My friends who are from Mexico tell me it's real Mexican food so I take their word for it. Whether that's correct or not the food is very, very good and the servings are quite generous. The prices are also quite low.

We were staying at the resort down the street and couldn't get into the resort steakhouse without a reservation as a "walk-up," so we decided to venture out. So glad that we did because we found a gem of a place! Luckily, my companion speaks fluent Spanish so we were able to navigate the menu and payment of the bill. At first, when you walk into the front door, there is a grocery store with work boots, straw hats, and household supplies for sale. You have to go to the back of the building for the restaurant. The food came out quickly, was reasonably priced and tasted excellent! This is definitely a place for the locals, but they still made us South Florida folks feel like family. I was particularly moved when we asked the cashier how business was going after the pandemic. She answered "God is blessing us!" Quite frankly, if you wished to be blessed, then patron this restaurant. For the locals, but the gringas are welcomed too! :)

We scheduled two food trucks to provide lunch for over 100 people at a conference. Lunch was set for one hour. However, after weeks of Communication, scheduling and verification, Remigo’s food truck just decided not to show up and refused to return our calls or texts when attempting to see if something may have happened. We still have not heard back, no reason, no apology, nothing. Our conference had to be held up so the one truck that did show could have time to feed everyone. Very unprofessional, no regard for obligation or customers.

This place was perfect for us. All of the tacos as of 3/4/2023 were $1.80 and were quite tasty. There is a seating area on the left side of the restaurant. It is inside a small Mexican grocery store. The staff were friendly and you order at a counter. My girlfriend speaks Spanish which was helpful. The food was ready quickly as well. You pay at the front on the way out. We had a good experience and will be back again.

Had not been here for awhile so decided to try again. The building is still not very inviting from the outside. It has been a convenience store for many years. Inside the aisles are packed and not very well lit. But at the back, inside the store, is probably one of the most authentic Mexican cafes around. You order at the window and they bring the food to you when it is ready. The prices are very reasonable and their meals are generally large portions. You will likely not leave here hungry. They have indoor seating for about 20 people.

If you're driving through Lake Wale yoy might want to check this food truck out.It's mexican food that is tasty. I tried the burrito, and the mildness torta and tasted like nothing else around here. The owner let me try one of his "carnitas tacos" and let me tell you... sooo flavorful.Check them out, I'll promise you'll love them.

Their food is wonderful and not expensive at all....it is a counter in a market/store in the back. has a few tables if you want to eat there but I usually get take out to go. Only disappointment was the steak tostados; steak was like little bits of way over cooked something! Pork carnitas were so yummy though...3 tostados for like $9 were more than worth it though!

It's better then Anita's which are both located in Lake Wakes, FL, We have ordered from here 3 times while staying in Lake Wales, the food is very good and they give you big portions. Their chips are homemade and their salsa is excellent! Their burritos are huge!!
