Absolutely horrible, I'm a store manager and if my staff acted in that manner we would need to have a serious meeting...just moved to winterhaven this is the closest Taco Bell we will definently be driving past this location and go somewhere else. The staff has zero customer service!

Went last night about 45 min till close and waited in a line at drive through. When I got to the window the automated message said "Order whenever you're ready" I ordered and there was no reply. I pulled to the window and no one was in there. I pulled up front and there were two workers hiding inside. I circled back around and tried again, but still nothing. I drove to Haines City to get Taco Bell so I'm not upset, but if I was management I would want to know if my workers were being paid to do absolutely nothing. There were four other cars too, a lot of lost buisness.

Flavor, not so much. This is Taco Bell. 1st time in one in two years. Prices are ridiculous for the kind of food you receive. It's not the Taco Bell of 20 years ago. Plus they pushing self ordering.. I don't work for any Fast Food company.. bring service back to servicing the customer.

Keep trying to see if it gets better - it does not!! Tacos old and stick to the wrapping, pinto and cheese dry and old, burritos are cold. Seems like food is prefixed and then sits there hours. Will not go back to this Taco Bell. Their better off closing, and putting something else at this location. Bad food, average service and SLOW drive through.

Ordered chalupas with no sour cream and lettuce, but wanted tomato on them. I got basically a plain chalupa with beef and nacho cheese and I was the only one in the drive thru. If you can read a screen you shouldn't be working there.

I placed an order in the Drive-Thru and waited 20 minutes and still didn't make it to the window. Either this Taco Bell is understaffed or have unexperienced employees. I drove off! Was not worth the wait.
Gave my 35 dollars worth of food to the wrong car. So in turn had to wait 30 minutes on my food. Unacceptable!
