***Be Aware***While visiting my brother in Palm Beach on 4/2/2024 we went to this restaurant to order some food and have a good time. Unfortunately, we had a pretty bad experience. The receptionist was very unprofessional and didn't care about our needs. She couldn't even help us with the menu, which she told us that we need to go the restaurant's website to see it (pretty weird), I asked her if there was an app, she told me she didn't know.Long story short, the griot I ordered myself was bad for the price and was poorly presented. Worst place. I will never go to this place again.

Customer service is the worst ever, waited over a hour for a ready made dish. When I asked how long for the food after waiting a hour the girl said she don’t know just wait. I will never buy from Albert’s

My food was horrible! I ordered a jerk chicken meal, it was baked chicken that had a weird jerk flavor. Not tasty at all! An overpriced restaurant with mediocre food. Never again!

This restaurant has been part of this community a while now, renovated few years ago. It gets busy and service can be delayed but they serve delicious food. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. Well seasoned and tasty foods. Customer service is okay, a hit or missed at times. There’s recently a food truck servicing in the parking lot serving special menu items such as the plantain sandwich, not their usual menu items. We’ve tried it and It was pretty good. Our fav is the tasso cabrit, a combination of fried goat with rice and peas, the meal includes a side of plantains and pikliz. Normally, we do not order tasso out except for a few restaurants, and this is definitely one of the spots as they’re pretty good with this dish. We’ve tried many of their dishes and they’re all enjoyable. Also, the fritay, a combination of deep fried fritters is also pretty good. Parking space can be limited as this is an extremely busy plaza shared with other near by big-box retailer like Walmart. We have not had a dine-in experience at this location pre/post renovation but we’ve had plenty of takeouts.

The food here is good, but the service needs work. Staff, especially the lady at the front, seem indifferent and don't prioritize customer needs. They ignore phone calls entirely, just waited a whole hour for my food. However, there is a guy who, although busy, does his best to help out. Hopefully, they make some changes soon. Better communication and hospitality would make a big difference in the overall experience.

Restaurant is more geared for takeout. No table cloths. The staff is bordering on rude. It was as if I was bothering them. Will not ever go there again!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would the food is entirely too overpriced and under quality if the prices matched what the food looked and tasted like I wouldn’t mind paying but that’s ridiculous do

Calling and placing orders is a real issue hard to get someone on the phone. A system needs to place to correct this major issue. The food is the only thing that’s keeping me coming back.

My favorite Haitian restaurant. I drive all the way from Delray Beach to get food. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a good Haitian restaurant in Delray.

The ladies @ the front has very poor customers skills. They are very rude & nasty when answering the phone. And when you try to call back to order they turn the ringer off on the phone… SMH.When you ask them to get someone who speaks English so dat they can take your order correctly they get mad. Words of advice if you gonna go into business especially restaurant business please have people who can speak & understand English & have good customer service skills because I order food not nasty attitudes…??‍♀️

Prepare to wait a long time if you haven't ordered ahead. Patties too spicy. Great food in general.
