Just tried this restaurant for the 1st time! Ordered guac n chips, chicken quesadillas and enchiladas. Food was super fresh and yummy! Cute outdoor seating and "order at window" service, but the lady was super friendly and sweet. Definitely coming back to try other items!

La Placitas is the best Mexican food spot in Lake Worth.. better yet, all of Palm Beach County. All of you Lupita's lovers can keep dreaming. And Tacos El Cardboard isn't even comparable. La Placita is the reigning champion of the area 8 years and counting In my book.

The food was flavorful and so delicious. I got the spicy pork taco with mild sauce. We got a quesadilla for my 3YO and she devoured it. Other party member got shrimp tacos and they gave them two thumbs up. Chips were good and guac was approved by everyone at the table.

The mexi-tacos tasted great. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Today, my daughter and I went to two different taco shops to compare, and this one came out on top! The waitress' lack of friendliness and the heat while sitting outside were the only issues.

Great food! I ordered the Baja Shrimp Tacos. Excellent flavor and very filling at a decent price.
The tacos were very tasty but I wish they had more meat on them. I ordered 3 and there was about a tablespoon of meat on each one.
