Ordered an ice cream cake a week before pick up. Someone called the next day to confirm and let me know they needed to change the flavor so I said that's fine. I drive 30 minutes to pick up the cake at the exact pick up time and it's no where to be found. The person that called me was working and just simply couldn't find my cake? I don't understand. The order was confirmed and paid for and even confirmed a second time over the phone. When I get there he shows me another cake made with the flavor I had originally wanted and asked if this was it? When it was for a completely different person( if I had said yes I would've been able to walk away with this persons cake) When I was told they didn't even have that flavor.. very disappointed and now without a cake. Also , they never refunded me and claimed they can’t. Not only is this illegal but it’s theft. Rediculous you can’t steal a customers money because YOU made a mistake .

Ordered a Turkey cake 2 months in advance. Showed up and they didn’t have it. Said they couldn’t refund and to call corporate, corporate stated that the location is privately owned so they can’t help. Baskin robbins refuses to give me a refund even though I drove 30 minutes to pick up a cake they didn’t even make.

Ordered a Turkey Cake Sunday night for Tuesday morning pick up. Cake was ready on time exactly as I requested it.Upon pick up Ms. Ravia(I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong) overheard I would be driving an hour away and took it upon herself to package my turkey cake to survive the drive!She is a great example of 5 star service! Thank you!

Terrible, terrible lead in charge named Rishma. She refused my birthday coupon that Baskin Robbins gave me for my birthday. She says “why do you people keep coming here with these coupons?” I was just at this location redeeming my scoop through the app 2 days ago and had no problem redeeming. What did she mean by, “you people?” I tried to call and speak with a manager, then the associates are saying to call back in 30 minutes because Patty is in a meeting. I call back in 30 minutes and another associate says Patty just left. Then they are questioning me on who I am complaining about and laughing in the background. I called the corporate main line, who stated a manager would get back to me within 48 hours. It’s now ongoing a week. This location is extremely unprofessional and I highly recommend that you stray far away if you are looking for good customer service.

Went in with a coupon. Had no problem redeeming it. But ordered sundaes and the person just made us scoops because they didn't understand English very well and the order taker perhaps didn't speak Spanish well enough to communicate our order. We sort of got it corrected after a few trys. Overall clean store in a declining strip mall. I wish there was a store closer. The manager came by as we were finishing our ice cream and realized the scooper had left three of the four doors flipped up on the ice cream freezers. That probably isn't ideal either.

every time I go to this location the people never fail ruin the order. The sandwich's are always still cold and the coffees are never made right. The employees need more training because it's horrible how the service is at this location.

I NEVER leave negative reviews and I really hate the one in a million times when it’s so bad that I have to, just for the sake of other people so they know not to waste their time. They never have ANYTHING… they’re out of most flavors, toppings, and cones/bowls and everything all the time. That’s bad but that’s not the worst part. The staff here have a terrible attitude and are very rude. They treat you like they just want to be left alone and talk to you like dirt. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Fantastic coffee. Their Wake-Up Wrap sandwiches are inexpensive and provide the protein to get you through the day. Never a very big crowd.
This is one of those Dunkins that has a Baskin Robins connected to it. I wish there was a closer location but all the Boynton ones are permanently closed. It's located in the Ihop and Office Depot plaza on Lake Worth Rd, the traffic is so bad in that area even at 8:30 pm. The Dunkin is in a dingy corner. I went to get my ice cream because I had a birthday freebie. Staff was not great. She gave me one sample, apparently they don't do samples anymore due to covid? How am I supposed to know what I like before getting it? I don't want to get something and not like it. After that 1 sample, I had to choose wisely since she wasn't going to give me another one. I got the Cherry Jubilee to play it safe. Ice cream was okay, melted too quick. Probably won't be returning to this location.
