Have had chipotle for a year straight and I’ve never seen a messier store. There is never any customer service, they had wrong items on food on purpose (has happened 3 times in the last month now) to make you feel guilty about wasting food. The quantity just seems to get smaller and smaller. Maybe learn to hire new management & staff, seems to be ran by a 10 year old

Worst food experience ever. Ordered through the app and had my bf pick it up since he was out. 2 entrees one for him and one for me and chips and guacamole on the side. 1st I open the bag up when bf gets home and my chip bag is upside down with the chips literally falling out. Then as I'm returning the chips to their bag I notice there is only one entree in my bag. Of course they forgot my bfs food. That's strike two now. I get on my phone and call the store so I can tell them I'm missing an item. Nobody answers, try again, same result. So I go to my app at this point to dispute the order and the app asks questions about my food I did receive, I open my entree up it's got the wrong rice and barely any steak at all. So annoyed I still try to eat my food with my 4 y/o son and I swear on everything they served me old sour cream. It was the nastiest most sour bite I've ever tasted in my life. My stomach is in knots writing this. Do better Chipotle. SMH

horrible experience I ordered food for pick up and my girlfriend went to get it and they would not give her the food. They would ignore her and tell her to wait, she was on the clock with me working and they did not care we lost 1 hour of work.

My family and I have been eating at Chipotle for 15 years and have never had to write a bad review before now. Tonight was our worst Chipotle experience ever. We showed up just before 9 and they were out of lettuce, brown rice, corn and fajita veggies. The must have been almost out of chicken and didn't want to make more because the lady making my order literally gave us each half a spoonful of chicken, when I asked for a little more she gave me 2 tiny pieces! The place was a mess too, trash everywhere and only 1 restroom worked and the other one was occupied the entire time we were there. I definitely would not recommend this location. Every other Chipotle in the surrounding area is far superior.

my drive thru plate was empty and i even received no chicken on my bowl. very disappointed, second time this happened to me . will not be coming back and will advise anyone to go to a different store .
Ordered through the website, arrived on time per the order, and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. It was not busy inside and could have picked up faster through the line. Awful service. And I'm not happy the price went up again.
