During my recent visit to a Cold Stone store, I observed a single employee handling a large number of customers, around 10, during the 45 minutes I was there. Despite the overwhelming workload, the associate made a commendable effort to assist everyone without any additional support. This situation seemed to highlight the corporate pressure for profit without considering the impact on individuals. It's disheartening to witness such circumstances at a place like Cold Stone, known for its customer service and quality. If this location is a franchise, I believe a review of their license is warranted, and if it's a corporate location, addressing this issue with the manager and upper management is essential. Ensuring adequate staffing levels and support for employees is crucial to maintaining the integrity of the Cold Stone brand and providing a positive experience for customers.

Their evening ‘shift leader’ is rude. And apparently if you go there with a coupon, it can only be used if you verbally order your ice cream a specific way. Even though it’s the same exact order in the end. They acknowledged that it didn’t make sense, and refused to correct the way they input the ice cream into their computer because ‘store policy.’ They also said there’s never an owner or manager in the store to reach out to. I’ve been going there for 20 years, won’t ever go back with my family again after tonight’s experience.

They missed an entire item from my order, and the item I did get was not what I ordered. I either got the wrong order or the people there are high and can't follow an order...

The girls who were working the night shift were sweet, but neither of them wore gloves when they were scooping the ice cream. Also saw one of them grab a waffle cup with their bare hands and put it into a to go bag. The ice cream is always delicious but that was a little gross.

I went to cold stone yesterday night and received the worst service of my life. I was yelled at by the staff and disrespected . I did not get the name of the employee ( it was a white male with dirty blonde hair and acne ) excuse my description. I was very disappointed for my first time and left embarrassed

We went when there was only one woman working, and let me tell you, she was quick and efficient, and our ice cream was amazing. They offer all options as other coldstones. There is a cake freezer. The parking is a bit rough with having such a popular plaza, but you still find a spot. They have indoor and outdoor seating available.

Ordered a pint of the peanut butter cup perfection via DoorDash. I literally paid upwards of $20 for a pint of chocolate ice cream with 2 pieces of peanut butter cup in it. Rip off and not as described. Would not recommend ordered to go or via door dash/grub hub.
