BEWARE and make sure to check your food if you proceed to come to this Dunkin! This roach was embedded into my croissant sandwich, I went back to the restaurant to show this picture and the physical sandwich as I was disgusted. Asked for a manager and her response was “it probably wasn’t from here and was just in the bag”. In my head I wonder where the bag comes from. The roach was dead onto the sandwich. No apology given, just simply said it was in the bag…. I gladly got my refund and will never stop at this Dunkin due to food and service.

If I could give it 0 stars I would I went in and asked for a medium ice coffee a chorizo and egg wrap the lady seem confused and repeated that I want a chorizo and egg wrap I said yes she put down on the receipt a sausage egg and cheese i was wondering why it came out so cheap and when I explained to the lady that isn’t what I asked for she got mad at me making it my fault that she repeated my order and what she said was correct but what she put down wasn’t I asked may I just pay the difference and she said no making me the problem because she’s to prideful and wouldn’t take accountability of taking my order wrong I did not mind paying more to fix it but the attitude was just disgusting and rude and on top of that the coffee tasted like milk. I asked for a refund because that service was just awful and said no to wait for the manager tomorrow. I just took the food and left but I’m returning for my money I’m not touching that coffee or the sausage cheese because that’s. Ridiculous to be rude and give attitude when she got the order wrong and I tried to compromise but she said nope I have to pay for another one. Never coming to this Dunkin’ this place is nasty and rude !!!

Usually this place was always packed, so I was so suprised that I was the only customer that afternoon. The girl who served me was very friendly, courteous and helpful even yhough I came only for my iced coffee and donut fix. As I was leaving there were more people coming in, thankfully.

i got a iced matcha tea latte, and it was definitely one of the worst I’ve ever had , literally got a stomach ache from it, maybe milk was expired, this has never happened ?

The registers were down and there bathrooms were out of order every time I go there. And they are slow at attending to there customers. I order a medium hot hazel nut coffee and small hot hazel nut coffee . Which the medium is 1.89 and the small is 1.59 plus taxes which is 7% so they charge me 5 bucks even . So they rob you to .iam never going there again.

I just ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant. The lady accidentally made it on an English muffin. I kindly asked her to fix her mistake, and she warmed a croissant up and handed it to me and told me to put the sandwich together myself. Never coming here again.
