This is my favorite location. Everyone is super friendly. But I want to do a special thanks to Carlos for fixing a issue with my order. They were on a wait for meatballs and I was in a rush for a order I did online. As soon as I walked in and he told me I was upset but he was so nice I never got mad !!!!!!!!!!! I walked into Firehouse Subs Lantana had two employees :Amanda and Carlos, both greeting me with the biggest smiles The firehouse Subs Lantana employee Amanda was extremely helpful explaining the menu while Carlos put together a Delicious Hot Italian Sub! . Walking in I was immediately greeted with smiling facing. All the ladies were very kind and my food being made already as I had put in my order thru the app. The girl who made my sandwich really put love into it because both mine and my boyfriend's sandwich was delicious.
