Stopped in to get a slice at 12:30p. The guy was sitting on a table like he was a customer. Slowly walked over to the kitchen to pop two slices of last nights pie in the oven. It was awful, dry, and tasteless. The door said best pizza, I don't know who told them that?

We stopped here for a quick lunch. We were in the shopping plaza to go to a couple other stores, and this was nearby. We were the only dine-in customers when we were there, but there were a non-stop parade of folks doing pickups and takeout. We didn't even look at the lunch menu (we saw afterwards that they had a number of different options), as we saw their sign for the two-slice pizza special. We both decided to order this. The special came with our choice of a can of soda. We chose a table, and the pizza was delivered not too long afterwards. The slices were very large. Large enough in fact for us to say we could have shared one order. The cheese pizza was thin crusted and piping hot from the oven. We both liked it. It was the best when it first was served so I don't know how pickup would be eating it later, but we were happy. The gal delivered a container with various condiments to add, if we wanted to do so. It included: grated cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes along with salt and pepper. You can also add toppings to your slices for an additional fee, but we just got the original. We paid at the front counter after dining. Price wise it was reasonable for the two slices and a can of soda. One of our most inexpensive lunches in I cannot remember when. Now we know if we are in the area, that this is a bargain priced meal that we would enjoy.

The pizza was hard as a rock. Also, when I called at the restaurant, the person told me it was my fault because I picked up the pizza 10 minutes late. Horrible pizza and horrible customer service.

Ordered veal franchise tasted good but I got a plate full of pasta and 2 tiny pieces of veal. Guess for $20.00 that’s what you get 2 tiny pieces of veal. Won’t be back. Sad they’re close and convenient but not for that.

We order delivery from here quite often. Their pizza is always good and they're pasta is always great. Tonight I ordered the wrong thing. I wanted a stromboli but instead ordered a calzone by mistake. I called them 20 minutes later when I realized my mistake to see if the food was already being made and they said yes. I told them my error and said it was ok I didn't mind as their calzones are good too. To my surprise when the driver arrived he said the chef had corrected it and I got my strombili!!! Thank you very much fratellis staff and chef. What great customer service you have! We value your service.

Haven’t tried the food but the cannoli’s were delicious.
Ordered the 2 slice special took 3 bite s and left the rest. No air conditioning. Absolutely disgusting. Sorry pizza was burnt and the cheese well what cheese. Nothing there.

Just an absolute terrible slice! First, 7.48 for a can of soda and two slices, it better be fresh - it wasn't, after being led to believe a fresh pie was coming out - the liar at the counter thought it was good to give us fridge pizza, and it completely sucked with this jerk swearing the pizza was better the way he us selling it - liar- wouldn't go back, ever, not recommend even in an emergency - crap.
