I'm amazed how busy this place is the food is horrible the coffee bitter milk warm what else can you say my waitress was a little overwhelmed but nice she made up for the back of the house when presented with the bill I asked Ashley if she had a 10 she looked confused and handed over to me as I handed her a twenty you have to pay your bill with the cashier when ringing up my bill looked confused and said that it's been paid for I said nope didn't pay for it yet she proceeded to get Ashley and was asked is his bill paid for she said yes I didn't think he could afford it so I paid it thank you Ashley who's ever in your life is truly lucky you made my day as a chef the food horrible my eggs Benedict came out overcooked and one egg cut in half checking on the yoke that was hard the hollandaise a powdered mix to the cooks a little more passion be good at what you do will not return but want to thank Ashley's kindness it made up for all the bad

Worst IHOP experience ever. The waiter that attended us Melba was very annoyed and never came to our table to check up on us when we need refills napkins ext. After we finished eating our food a Hispanic lady with glasses told us they didn’t accept Apple Pay. Even tho online it says they accept Apple Pay. Had to drive all the way to my house and back (28 mins) Never again.

Ordered pick up last night from this location and I have to say the pancakes tasted burnt as well as the omelette, I ate half of a pancake and a piece of the omelette and almost threw up, it’s tasted bland and stale, absolutely no flavor just burnt, I usually go to the ihop in Atlantic ave in Delray, they’re always on point unlike this location.

I call this restaurant I slop. This is the one on Forest Hill and jog road.The waitresses are the pits. They are pushy aggressive and demanding. They're never around when you need them. They usually congregating in the back where the cook works and they're having little chat sessions amongst themselves. The manager doesn't seem to care because they're off running and doing their own thing.I wonder if the health department came in there and code enforcement when they at least are prepared and caught these employees off guard how many fines they would have.They seriously lack good communication.Especially when you ask for a manager and they refused to give you one.I'm pretty much done with this place I don't want to eat dinner and spend my precious money. I can do better at home.If the customers only knew what I know they quit eating there in a flash.
I went with my kids today for lunch and was treated so nicely by all staff, my server Alicia was so attentive and on point. My food was fresh,warm, and fast. I couldn’t believe it with the amount of ppl here! I hope she serves me next time I come back, I had the best time today. Ty ihop and Alicia , job very done !

The place was awesome to hang around late at 12am. I got the chicken tenders kids meal for a quick meal. The staff was nice and got me a bandaid. Parking: Lots of parking, LIKE I MEAN HUNDREDS OF SPOTS!
