I tried placing an order in the drive thru lane, but employee was giving me a hard time. I don't know if they're not understanding me or was messing around with me. But what's worse is they mocked me in Spanish which i understood. I asked what they said and they told me to try speaking Chinese. I was insulted and went to the second window. I shocked that it was a supervisor who was taking my order. Unprofessional behavior, this place needs to improve

I placed a mobile order for drive-thru and was asked to park in the drive-thru area while they get my order together. After 10 minutes an employee brought out what I thought was my order, but it was only half my mobile order.I went inside to ask about the other half of my order and had to wait 20 minutes before an employee was able to help me. It was busy breakfast time and it appeared they were more concerned about taking orders than the quality control of orders being filled. There were plenty of employees working; however it was not helping the situation as the orders were not coming out efficiently and correct.I hope management works on a game plan to make this McDonald’ s flow just as efficient as other McDonald’s that don’t have half the staff working the morning shift.

Wednesday June 8th, 2022 between 7pm and 7:30pm. Receipt says 7:24pm to be precise. The workers working during that time were horrible. Gave me soggy fries. Most definitely because I chose the no salt option. Gave my a tasteless sprite. Literally taste like a no flavor seltzer water. Then to top all of that, I had asked to order something at the window and was denied.I asked if I can purchase a McFlurry and guy at the window said yes but I had to go all around the drive thru despite no one being behind me. I get to the intercom and I’m being told that they don’t have MCFlurry’s at the moment.Extremely horrible experience. The staff needs to be evaluated checked for being so lazy and unprofessional.

The location is a bit rough. So we walked in expecting the worst service and food. Instead, we got fantastic service! The lady running the counter was quick, kind, and sufficient. The food was probably the best McDonald's meal I had in years! Fantastic place!
