I never add reviews. I actually hate complaining, but this time, I am so irretated I will never go back to this McDonald's... (side note, my opinion) McDonald's have better chicken nuggets than Burger King... but Burger King has better burgers and fries. Now, I made an order in drive thru today for me and my daughter. And the 3 teenage girls there took my order wrong. I ordered an oreo McFlurry with extra oreos. They gave me an oreo Shamrock shake. When I told them the mistake, they argued with me for several minutes (with a line behind me). Then, they made my McFlurry (arguing with each other as they made it). Without extra oreo. When I finally got it... I asked if they put extra oreo.. one of the girls said, "Yes." You can totally tell there where not extra oreo. I just couldn't argue with them anymore. So I paid for extra oreo and didn't get them. The French fries I ordered were very undercooked and SOOOO salty. I asked for honey packets and got honey mustered. So disappointed

Be aware if you use the receipt to get anything free at this McDonald's that their is one cashier who will give you a hard time if you don't want to get two sandwiches you wanna use it for something

We park and we was walking to the door at 9:30 pm and before we get to the door they closed the door right on our faces and we knock and they just looks at us and turn his back and walk away like nothing this the worst place ever and we knock and they just laugh at us and didn't open the door I thought they close the doors at 10 or 11 pm but they didn't even answer when me and my family walk to the door this the worst place ever if you going to closed the doors at 9:30 PM just change the sign hrs and specified the doors close at 9:30 PM I have to get my family (kids) to Burger king that they was open ....we always go to the same McDonald's but tonight was the last time ...they was laughing like nothing happens they need better worker and better management...last time and this McDonald's on Lantana Rd and Jog Rd ....

We ordered by the kiosk, what is great and helpful however the bad experience started there when we finished ordering, the ticket was blank because was inside out, I tried to inform the front desk person and he said “I know”, turn his back and back inside the kitchen , when the order arrived, I ordered a triple Big Mac, all the patties , salad and sauces, was in the middle with plain buns on top, all 6 patties together!! Luckily I decided to check!! The guy tried to say that the burger was correct, when a lady said that they were going to fix it! While we were waiting for the food initially, a guy entered the lobby with a cup of ice cream dripping and the syrup that was supposed to be inside, dripping down the cup because they put syrup around the rim! They just not care!! That’s why we decided to check the order!! MANAGER, WHERE ARE YOU??? Unbelievable!! We saw 3 human mistakes happening in less than 10 minutes!! All fixable!! Not even talking about the customer service!! Not a single smile or apology!!
