Never in my life did I have the worst service. They never come by to see if you need anything NEVER. I don't appreciate that I have to flag down a waiter to get a drink. Not only that the service SUCKS. they close your bill without asking if you want anything else. I will never waste my time on this place. When I'm paying for drinks and food you would think they would have some kind of service.. again The SERVICE SUCKS. I will never go there again. Not for the HIGH prices and NO SERVICE. WHAT A JOKE.

We recently dined at Mel's Way Bistro with my parents, and once again, it was a delightful experience. Melanie's warm welcome set the tone, while Amanda's attention to detail ensured our dining experience was flawless. Amanda's sense of humor always adds to the enjoyment! Tonight, the shrimp scampi I savored was simply exquisite. The flavorful Carne Asada and the delightful cosmos, particularly on Wednesday's special, were highlights as well. It's evident that Mel's Way Bistro fosters a vibrant community atmosphere. Heartfelt thanks to Melanie and Amanda for their exceptional care of my parents.

Absolutely love Mel's Way! Nothing negative to say about this hidden gem. We have been coming for months and every time we do it's a great experience! All of the staff are extremely pleasant but we always request Amanda. Love her quirky personality! Amanda continuously makes trips to the table to be sure we are doing good and don't need anything. The restaurant is always extremely clean and the food is delicious! Thank you for having such a great place for all of us to come and enjoy!

It was love at first bite! Fairly new snowbirds who are lucky to have this establishment on our premises. We enjoy the food, the ambience, the music and particularly the staff. Amanda was our first waitress...and we have requested her ever since. We've actually created an "Amanda fan club" as all of the guests we have invited over the last two years, only ask for her. She knows her business, remembers everyone's drinks, provides excellent service so that even when it's crowded, you feel like a VIP. Thank you Amanda!! Kudos to the owners for consistent quality of food, service and entertainment!

What a problematic place! Clearly there's no active management. We have gone twice with other couples and had the unfortunate experience of being served by Amanda both times. She has a sour expression, a worse attitude and provides horrific service. Example: we brought a couple who had never been there who were celebrating an anniversary. Thinking we wouldn't have terrible service twice, and having enjoyed the music we were happy to give the place a second chance. Instead she never served an appetizer that they ordered and skipped to serving the main course. When told she forgot the appetizer there was no apology. Similarly the gentleman asked about a particular cocktail and specifically told her "not too sweet". Guess what, that was a fruitless request so he had to order a second drink. No apologies nor any consideration. The only quality service came from the bus staff who said they always hear complaints about our server. My advice is to stay away. Even though the entertainment makes the place a good idea for an evening out. Not worth the aggravation. My friends went home hungry and surely won't return either.

This is our favorite venue for dinner and music! Melanie, Amanda, Ileana and Cheyenne are awesome. Service is top notch, food is absolutely delicious, beautiful atmosphere and restaurant is extremely clean. Love love love Mel's Way Bistro and staff!!

The banquet halls are so beautiful and spacious. We celebrated a Sweet 16 birthday. The staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. It's nice to use for any occasion with lots of parking.

This Valentines was a success at Mels. The service was great. The food was good. I had Lobster ravioli and it was delicious. Chucks of lobster throughout the plate. We were a party of 10 and my friends had the seafood stew and they said it was very good. The owners are wonderful. Very friendly and always there to assist. The room was decorated beautifully as well. Great night for all.

We just celebrated my parent's anniversary and each birthday. Having traveled from GA I am grateful to have celebrated here. The hall decorations were awesome and the food was delicious! A beautiful ambiance for the occasion. My parents, family and friends were all very happy with the wonderful quality of service!
