My family and I had dinner here last weekend and it was really good, the pizza and wings were yummy and the service was really good too . ?Only thing that was a turn off was the loud F bombs that were being dropped by who I think is the owner of the place, I was trying to talk to my husband and enjoy our dinner but the f word was being yelled out loudly from the kitchen. The bathroom decorations were throwing me a little off too, the pictures weren’t really appropriate for kids in my opinion.

This is the worst trash I’ve ever put in my mouth and I wish I could put a video of how bad and soggy the pizza is the staff is rude as hell every time you call . I ordered a simple pizza mushroom bacon and ham and on the whole pizza one mushroom and when you pick up a slice everything slides off horrible experience would never recommend this to anyone.

Very easy going place. I've eaten in tons of pizza restaurants in Brooklyn, queens, Manhattan and the Bronx and I gotta say, just like being home. Sit down wherever, people show up right away to take your order. Nobody around here does a Sicilian like them. Seriously, like home.
On three separate occasions, I've observed a consistent behavior at the restaurant when we sit to eat. The same girl with blond hair, seemingly always engrossed in her phone, has been consistently using inappropriate language. While I acknowledge that adults may use strong language, I believe there is a time and place for it. It becomes particularly concerning when there are children present in the restaurant, and they are exposed to such language. I find this behavior extremely rude and disruptive to the dining experience. It gives the impression that she may not want to be there, impacting the overall atmosphere negatively. I hope this concern can be addressed to ensure a more pleasant dining environment for all patrons.

Last night’s service was absolutely horrible. Dinner took over and hour and a half. Take out was booming; however the lack of wait service was a shame. We eat here at least once every two weeks. We have never seen it like this. It was a shame that management wouldn’t even step up and help out the patrons that were dining in. We ordered a take out order and it was ready 10 minutes after we placed it. We love the food but if the service is like this again, it will be unlikely that we will return.
This is not NYC pizza guys. The pizza is super greasy, the crust is flimsy and the sauce has no flavor!

Waiter was extremely rude, appearing to be annoyed at anything we asked and extremely impatient. Pizza is not as good as it used to be, restaurant appearance is okay. Don’t recommend dining experience cause the guest treatment was not great! Sorry NYPD II. Not impressed anymore.

NYPD 2 has quickly become my first choice for takeout pizza. Coming from NY, me and my family and I are not easy to please when it comes to pizza, but they have consistently delivered on quality ingredients and service. I'm looking forward to trying the sandwhiches. Keep up the good work!

***Horrible Pizza*** Beware!!! You've been warned. I just had a Sicilian pizza delivered minutes ago and had to throw most of it out. Horrible!!

It took 2 hours for delivery! One hour after placing the order, I called for an update and was told that “the pizzas just came out of the oven.” When the food finally arrived, it was cold, and items were missing from the order. Thankfully, the amazing delivery driver came back with the remaining items. I only wish that I had been told in advance that the delivery was going to take so long.

Ordered pizza 5:45 arrived at 7:15 ice cold. Phone continuously busy. Delivery service SLICE also sucks. After 20 years and last 2 service has become awful. I will no drive to Dominic’s which has much better pizza.
