I would have given a higher review because the food is not bad. However, their customer service is terrible. I have been there to pick up food multiple times and have never received a warm welcome. Four Philadelphians decided to try the Philly cheese steaks at Philly Grill which boasts authenic Philly cheese steaks with Amorosa rolls. WE chose to get the Monday Madness special of BOGO on a 7 inch ( $7.99) or 10 inch ($9.99) Philly cheese steak with a mandatory purchase of a side ( $2.99-$5.99) . Again another very simple but tasty treat with minimal ingredients and so easy to cook. But a Philly Cheese Steak requires the meat ingredient be Rib Eye, Provolone Cheese, fried onions and peppers. If you go to Philly this is what you get. Why the Philly grill with put a pile of shredded lettuce is just weird. I guess to cover up they cut back on the amount of meat and cheese. I understand now why the shop was nearly empty during lunch. My mistake!
