I order pizza on May 15 at seven. They're supposed to delivery at 7:36. It was 8 o'clock asking about my delivery why my delivered never came. I called the store and there was a ignorant guy that kept hanging up on me. I went to the store and he refused to give me his name .and I call another coworker and he tell his coworker go in the back. I don't want you to talk to her. Don't give her my name and he turned his back on me and didn't talk to me. Just give me my receipt and I keep asking what's your name you don't need to know my name here you receive your order is being canceled like you wanted , he has a real ugly attitude just because I call asking about my delivery and he start saying oh we only have one driver. I'm sorry your delivery is gonna be at 9 o'clock.. he is a short guy, black guy skinny, and he doesn't even look like the Manager. He look like a ghetto guy from the street. I'm saying he don't have no customer service at all. They need to make some improvement about that. I took some videos and picture of him and I'm gonna post it and social media so you guys go and see it I am going to try to post her in their own Pizza Hut website Facebook

The staff is nice, but the quality of food has fallen off hard. If you’re going to raise the price, then raise the quality as well. The pan dough is never proofed properly and usually comes out as flat as a hand tossed pizza. Either the dough is old or not being proofed properly. I guess now-a-days anyone can out pizza the hut.
We actually went and sat down and ate a pie with our nephew and I was surprised that the guy at the counter actually gave us table service and was nice and kind.

I order a delivery and after almost an hour they informed me that it was going to take longer, no problem. Ten minutes later they cancelled my order with no explanation as to why. I will NEVER order from you again!!!

Didn't sit here to eat but. I was vegan for 3 years and finally got beat I was dying for fast food. And pizza. This PAN CRUST PIZZA WAS AMAZING ?? ? and another thing is when I was vegan I would come here because my son is highly allergic to dairy 1 reason we vegan but he is not . Let me get to the point I would order a large supreme BUT NO CHEESE PAN CRUST. AND I WOULD BUY THE VEGAN CHEESE AT PUBLIX OR MY GIRL WOULD MAKE VEGAN CHEESE AND THE PIZZA WOULD BE AMAZING AFTER THE OVEN. SO THANK YOU FOR READING

The manager on duty name was Simon I believe today Is Nov 27 and when I tell everything was perfect food nice and hot he was smiling and very polite even though I live in PGA I would drive to this particular pizza hut .Keep up the good work.

I got there extremely early for my pickup & the very friendly lady at the register had my food out within minutes, about 10 minutes early.

Ordered ahead via app, picked up via drive thru window, got some bomb pizza and excellent customer service. The employee insisted on not tipping but I couldn’t help but throwing money at Simon. Excellent location, don’t go anywhere else this place is BAE. Shoutout to Simon and stream Michael Jackson tunes when you pull up!
