3.4 rating!My husband goes into this facility. Unfortunately when you go into a restaurant and you have a employee digging their fingers into pizza and eating it. You're the last one I need you to take my order. My husband on a viewpoint of complete disgust. Say something. The manager that's working. It says oh she's hungry. Why in the hell is she eating bath counter where people are ordering!Running is what I was. Disgusting on this place on handling this. Like literally you have employees eating food at the countertop with their fingers dipping at food with bells and whistles. You're working! Grow up and handle your business. The cheese sticks he ordered it's like a cardboard!

Placed an order today for 3 medium pies here at the lake worth and jog location the pizzas lacked on sauce, cheese and toppings and the crust was not fresh very hard and old. The only good thing was the 2 liter Pepsi. Definitely wasted 40$ today very disappointed. Called to get a refund and the line kept getting disconnected.

I ordered the triple treat deal. 1 pizza cheese only with light sauce 1 pizza bacon with light sauce. Got the pizzas and could not tell which pizza had bacon since it literally had no bacon on it. I told the guy one of the pizzas was supposed to have bacon and he proceeded to point out a few pieces of bacon that could barely be seen. Told me that they sprinkle the bacon on the pizza...sprinkle? Really?? Then said bacon is a garnish...a garnish?? I have ordered from this pizza hut several times over the years and I always get bacon so to see my pizza look the way it did was a huge disappointment. And the reason given was even worse. Guess I will be finding a new pizza spot.
Beware of the service at the Pizza Hut on Jog rd in lakeworth FL whomever I spoke with is the rudest person in customer service. I believe it was the manager bit not sure but I will never order from there again.
I love pizza, I could remember back 15 years ago, they used to have a barbecue pizza that was excellent, I do not know what happened to that, love it if they bought that back.

This is the worst Pizza Hut establishment ever. I place an order online last night at 8:55pm and was given a delivery time between 25-35 minutes. I got an email stating my pizza would be delivered by 9:25pm. At 9:35pm I called the store to get the status in my delivery and told the guy the pizza was supposed to be delivered by 9:25pm and was not 9:35pm and still no pizza. The man that answer the phone was very rude and told me there was no way I could get the pizza that fast and that he wasn't going to argue with me, he said the girl was in her way to deliver (The store is 10 minutes away, yet I got it 25 minutes later, when the man said she was in her way)The pizza was finally delivered at 10pm, the worse food ever, pizza was uncooked, and soggy and pasta was disgusting. I would never order from this place again. Health Department should give this place a visit

Worst pizza i've ever had hands down. No sauce, no cheese, burnt. Called Corporate to get a refund, they supposedly told me a higher level would reach out, that never happened. called 4 times and never received a call back. went in person to get a refund 3 weeks later manager said no, asked for the general managers phone number, he pretended to be the general manager. Whoever he was should be fired!! He was extremely rude, and had no care in the world for his customers, his solution was "switch places with me and see how it is". Customer service is atrocious. Definitely would not recommend, there's better options out there.
