Food is reasonably priced and tastes good. The customer service at this location is horrific! No one on line…no customers in restaurant; it took over 20 minutes for a cashier to take my order and payment. Over 7 employees and no one wanted to work the register! Waited another 20 minutes to get served. When we got home, items were missing from our order. When ordering to go… make sure you check your bag! Shrimps were burnt, no onion on the pork, only a spoonful of rice, an order was missing the plantains, not to mention Yucca fries were not in our bag… and we did pay for it. I called to let them know… yet no one answers the phone. This all happened at approximately 9:42pm, yesterday; and they’re suppose to be opened til’ midnight! It was all just a horrific experience… I will think twice before returning to this location.

I stopped in since I try to give places a second chance. I wish I skipped it. Horrible service extremely unwelcoming which is counterproductive of a business trying to make money. I will take my cash elsewhere. Plus they ain't nothing without those balsamic tomatoes anyway.

Went thru the drive thru & asked for large Tropichop with yellow rice & pork, got home & see they gave me a small Tropichop with white rice & chicken. Drove back & went inside to correct the order & placed a new order for family members. Guy repeated my order for large pork & yellow rice.Receipt showed chicken & pork Tropichop.Girl handed me my food & said chicken & pork Tropichop. I said no, it is pork only.She made a replacement Tropichop the way that I asked for which was pork & yellow rice.She also said I could keep the wrong one.

The new ropa vieja is just amazing. I’m not giving the 5 stars because of the HUGE discrepancy between the avocado shown in the menu flyer and the one is served.. Fortunately, I asked for the manager and she solved the problem for me, but what about the people that don’t complain?

Ordered uber delivery. Plaintains were old,burnt, and greasy with a bad taste. I bit into one and immediately spat it out, I couldn't even eat it.
