I had read reviews before going to the Real Wok and must say many of them had it spot on. The Food was very good and the reason for the 4 strars and Im basing my review mostly on the food. Otherwise what others have said is very true. Service was OK, but it wasnt very busy and the server was far from friendly or welcoming. Others mentioned that the tables are sticky, the tables actually had table cloths on them but if you touched a chair....yup, nasty and sticky. The rest room, at least the mens was disgusting in both appearance and smell and nothing a general or even heavy cleaning would fix. Badly in need of a remodle. BUT, ill def be back for the food. I had: Dim Sum sampler, Wonton Soup, Shrimp W/Lobster Sauce, Pork Fried Rice. Crunchy Noodles and Duck Sauce were complimentary and I can say that everything I ate was as good as any Ive ever had in New York and the best Ive had in 30 years in Florida. We were a table of 5 and a 20% gratuity was added to the bill. Dont know if they do it no matter what the size of the table but deff look at your bill when you get it to see if TIP was included. Service is deff not up to par and the 20% although normal at the least for me to tip anywhere else was overly generous for this place.

The food was average... really nothing special, and there's nothing special about the location. It's just another Chinese restaurant in just another South Florida shopping mall. There was a bad smell when I walked in.The crispy noodles they put on the table as appetizers didn't taste very good and were extremely greasy. They're supposed to be light and delicious.I found the servers that I dealt with to be rude, condescending and ready for an argument.Bottom Line:I do not recommend this restaurant. I highly recommend that the management of this restaurant does what it takes to get an intervention.

Sticky tables . Table clothes required. Dirtiest rest rooms in Florida. Dim sum is good. Other stuff not so. Rude waiter.

Amazing spot for our family CNY celebration. Peking duck is just fantastic. As long as you MAKE A RESERVATION FOR CNY, you'll get in. If you don't, you won't.Just as a matter of courtesy, it's really nice to the restaurant to call ahead for reservations anyway. It helps them create a predictable flow through their restaurant and serve you better. So much better than the alternative "authentic" Chinese spots in the area. These guys have all the classics that you crave!

The only place I know of that has bean sprouts in the fried rice. I love everything served here! The rating should be higher. Most Asian places around here are dumps.

Table was dirty and sticky. Asked to change tables, server said no “because my boss is cheap and doesn’t want to pay for another table cloth”Food was especially the veg spring roll was disgusting and mushy. Like it had thawed and frozen multiple times. This was the first time in many years sending back food. The bathroom was also absolutely filthy and smelled like a dead animal was in the walls or garbage.0/10 will not return

If it was just the food, I would rate the restaurant a five because I really like some of their takeout dishes. The three star rating comes from the fact that their service is indifferent, and on takeout, they are unfriendly ranging on outright hostile when you come in to pick up the food. For me, the food trumps the unfriendly atmosphere, particularly since I am only picking up takeout, and not eating there.

Real Wok is the realest wok. We have been here a handful of times now and consistently have had the most fresh and most authentic Chinese food every time. They also have kind service and a delicious menu. By far, our favorite dim sum spot! Fresh dim sum, fresh noodles, fresh fried rice, fresh entrees, and fresh vegetable. 10/10 highly recommend for a hands-down, great night out.Pan Fried Pork DumplingsSteamed BBQ Pork BunsBok Choy in Garlic SauceChinese Sausage & Saltfish Fried Rice

Good dim sum for what it's worth. Always burning hot- cut it open before eating it so it cools. It's not extraordinary food but it keeps you full enough to make you want a nap. This is not a dim sum experience where they push carts around! You order from a dim sum menu (hot menu items also available). You sacrifice the carts for being seated immediately upon arriving. There's also a bar on the inside although the ambiance isn't 5 stars. It honestly looks a little run down on the inside and out, but don't judge a book by its cover. Don't expect extraordinary service either as they could be slow or may not completely understand you. Come for some decent authentic Chinese food.
