The Philly sandwich is always delicious! The staff friendly and welcoming. We usually eat outside, thus the reason for no atmosphere ranking. It's on wide sidewalk to parking lot. There is usually a "show" however, if u r a people watcher.

Not very impressed with the kid at the register, he lacks common sense and doesn’t understand the basic concepts of customer service. The owner never acknowledged us even though we were the only customer in the restaurant when it opened at 1130 on a Saturday morning. The ham was cheap and the sandwiches were not cut in half, when we asked for it to be cut the kid at the register had a little attitude. We don’t expect to return anytime soon. I feel this place has lost something since the last time we eat here, I can only wonder the lack of finding employees to work must have affected the overall quality of the place. The French Fries were the only thing we eat that was any good and we had four different orders.
Philly Grill is great. Their cheesesteaks are great, their burgers are good, their chicken strips are good, fries are good & Mozzarella cheese sticks are good, everything we have had there is good. Now sometimes either the person taking the order doesn't listen to what your saying when ordering (ie no onion or no peppers, add mushrooms ect.) or the one making the food doesn't read the ticket thoroughly, and they mess up the order. I have never had a problem getting it fixed and remade, but sometimes it's a pain in the but when you bring it home and then have to go back out to get something redone. But it has happened a lot and that's why I give the service 2 stars. Other then that the food and the place is great. They even have Italian Ices which are great after one of their meals. Also, they have great deals on sandwiches between certain times and days. The only thing that stinks is they close at 8pm even on Friday and Saturday.
I really wanted to try this place, but walked in at 7:59 and told they were closed. I will continue to go to Charlie’s cheesesteaks. They obviously don’t need my business. Sign on the door says 8:00pm but they close at 7:50, especially on Sundays. Just fyi. I was told to get there earlier, great remark from management! Great customer service. ??

Food is garbage! Eat only if you wish to have diarrhea. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendy's next door. Customer service doesn't exist. Just a bunch of clueless kids. My dog has better manners than their manager.

Man let me tell you , this place would’ve gotten a 5 star BUT I noticed on the receipt that I got charged a 2% credit card fee for $1.26 MIND YOU I PAID CASH ? it even states on the receipt that CASH TENDERED WAS $50.00. and also charge .84 cents for take out containers(which is no problem but for those of you who do takeout just a heads up )Now I don’t wanna make it seem like I’m crying over a dollar and change BUT if you think about how many people they’re doing this to MAN THATS PETTYCheck your receipts if you go here. Foods good but I only wonder how much extra money they’re making by doing all this extra charging .

I love this place it makes you feel like you’re in Philly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cheese steaks were so delicious each bite brought me back to Philly. They weren’t very greasy at all. I’ll definitely be coming back here again. This was the closest I’ve ever had to Gino’s in Philly. Thank you for bringing back my memories of long ago with the Philly Grill

Great Philly! Normally your Philly will be super greasy and soggy. But this one… it has a toasty hoagie bun and less grease! Soo good. Highly recommend!

Buffalo chicken sub was very dry when it was supposed to be tossed in hot sauce. Presentation was 1/10. Nothing worth bragging about at all, diners make a better sub. Onion rings were perfect but nothing available for dipping (ranch would’ve been nice).Not worth spending the money until they adjust food quality and presentation. First impression of the sun should “WOW” the customer, not make them feel like they ordered from the wrong place.
