Ordered for a party and got a catering package. The food was excellent. We had ribs, pulled pork, sausage, turkey, and brisket which was awesome. Also had the Mac and cheese, beans, slaw and corn bread. Everything we had was amazing. Everyone at the party had the same feeling. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help. I will definitely be ordering from them In the future.

Had Twisted Smoke cater my son’s birthday party. Amazing food and service. My guests kept asking me who catered and people were raving about the food. Cornbread is perfect and moist. The sausage is to die for and turkey was incredible (I don’t even like turkey). Of course pulled pork and brisket were amazing too but had to mention the less known items. Collards also great! Can’t wait to find their food truck whenever I can!!

Tried these guys out for the first time at the Busch Wildlife Grand Opening event. Very friendly service and delicious food! I had the Stack Max with pork belly burnt pieces. Delicious!!!! And their Cherry Coke BBQ sauce was ???

Some points before I begin. 1. I'm a huge lover of bbq. 2. I have never had bbq from a truck 3. I fancy myself as a good bbq'er We live in a community that has a food truck every Wednesday parked at our clubhouse. This was yesterday which was rainy and stormy at the dinner hour. When we order on food truck night we usually order ahead. Tonight we free-styled and ordered at the truck. The menu has everything you would want from a bbq Restraunt. From meat platters to sandwiches and more. I'm a bad picture taker but I already know we will be going again when they come back and I promise to take pics. The food comes in different sized Chinese food style boxes which is awesome and so much more presentable than styrofoam. We ordered. The nachos, the sticky ribs, the Cuban (pork and brisket) and we smoked turkey sandwich. As I was taking my first bite of the my Cuban the essence of the smoke was already detectable. The smoke ring on the brisket a testament to the love and care in the cooking process. The Cuban bread perfectly toasted. The sticky ribs are off the chart and better than anything I've ever had a brick and mortar establishment. The turkey was almost butter soft, mouthwatering and full of flavor. For sides we got the max n cheese and slaw. Both very good. Mr. Twisted Smoke you rocked this. I may have gotten wet from the drilling rain but I now have a food truck I can trust to deliver amazing bbq. Bravo !!! Pics will be coming on their next visit.

SHUT.THE.FRONT.DOOR!! This is freaking delicious. So let's start with service. Friendly and super fast but the food tastes fresh and not rushed. Portions are on point for the price point. Now the good stuff, the food. I got the brisket and let's just say this does not disappoint. Juice, tender, with the right amount of rub. Honestly no need at all for sauce but go for it if you need it. Then the baked beans, daing could they pack any more meat in here?? It's so good. Just a hint of sweet and tiny kick. Perfectly seasoned. And last but not least, the max and cheese. If you like cheesy and smoky, well this sucker hits all the notes. So lucky to have them in our neighborhood which made it so convenient. Definitely a must!!
